Spectacular 3 Bedroom Penthouse with a Great Rooftop

Our stay at this location was great. This was our first time travelling to Cozumel and I wasn't sure what part of the island to stay on. We lucked out when this property was available for the days we needed. First of all, we couldn't believe the amazing view from each window and patio. Wow! The ocean views were incredible. Our unit was clean and nice. The penthouse deck up top was awesome. All of the furnishings were new and nice. The staff was really friendly and quick to respond. The pools and beach were really clean. One thing we really appreciated was how quiet and private it felt. Even at the pool, it was low key and mellow. There was never too many people there at once. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Great property. Fresh and virtually new. Everything you need is here. Fulvio is great and responsive. Minor nits - paddle board not available with this unit and use of the dock is not free unless diving with certain dive shops. Otherwise there is a $5 per person per day fee. However, no one ever checked to see if we had purchased a wristband. Form what we heard they rarely do. All things considered we loved the property and amenities and would stay again.

This property not only offers a killer view, but easy access to the beach. The pictures do not do it justice to how beautiful it is. Very clean and up to date appliances. Made it easy to do dine in because they had everything you need. Fulvio, the property manager, was quick to answer any of my questions before our vacation and during. The security guards were very helpful when we had questions or needed directions. They also offered good contacts for snorkeling! The condo was perfect for our group of 6. 3 couples, each with their own bed and private bathroom. There is a nice common area indoor and huge space outdoors with a grill and a hot tub. Bonuses: extra bathroom upstairs, washer and dryer. safe for passports and wallets. Endless amounts colligan water jugs. Never ran out of fresh water. Daily housekeeper. Water toys like boogie boards and pool noodles. Private beach. And two pools. Location is about 10-15 minutes south of downtown. I highly recommend this property if your looking for a relaxing, quite stay.

Great trip with the family. The condo is very large. Just like the pictures. Clean, well appointed and check in was a breeze. Hot tub is directly above master bed and is very loud. No way to turn it off either. Could use more towels as well. Overall a wonderful stay.

Wow! This was a BEAUTIFUL condo and EXACTLY what my family was looking for! The upstairs living area/patio is absolutely perfect and we spent hours up there talking, laughing, and enjoying the amazing views. Fulvio and everyone else there was beyond friendly and helpful and did everything they could to make our time at Residencias Reef perfect! This has to be the most beautiful and perfect place to stay in all of Cozumel and we can’t say enough good things about our time there. Would rate it much higher if possible!

Family loved this space and we can’t wait to return.

Great trip! Perfect getaway

We stay at many places on the island and this was exactly what I would expect for the money. It was clean Fulvio was always available if need be. We always love having meals made by Anni which Sandra from Sandras kitchen set up for us. It is definiy worth it

If you are tired of Hotels and want to try something else, this place is very nice. They had the groceries we selected in our condo when we arrived. The views are spectacular. Easy walk along the beach to various beach clubs. I would stay hear again without hesitation.
