Some sargasm, but it was picked up, EVERY morning. Delicious meals were cooked for us by Rosa and her team. You will need a rental car if you want to go anywhere/see anything. 30 minute walk to town, on the beach. The bedrooms have AC, the house does not (the house does get hot, but it was unseasonably warm). Everyone was very accommodating to us and any issue that came up.

We were a group of 9 friends staying at Dos Jaguares for the first week of January. The booking and check-in process went well. The property manager and his team are very responsive and provided all details ahead of time. Throughout our trip, they were able to suggest us activities nearby. Rosa, our maid, is wonderful. She came daily to clean the house and change towels as needed. She also did some groceries and cooking for us which was very appreciated. The area is quiet and safe (gated community). The small beach is great but careful to the rocks and see urchins. Only downside is the limited space and tools for cooking a large group. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience.

I planned a 50th birthday party with six friends at Villa Dos Jaguares, and really can't say enough about how nice it was. We were very grateful to Rosa for all the expert care during the visit. There were lots of really nice touches including carafes with bottled water in all the bathrooms, some snorkel equipment in the cupboards and pico de gallo and guacamole and beer and sodas waiting in the fridge when we arrived. The proximity to the beach was wonderful, the views, the rooftop, the balconies, and the outdoor shower feel particularly luxurious. We rented a car and went to Ek Balam and into Tulum for dinner a couple times. Also good snorkeling right in our backyard! Stuff to keep in mind, but that isn't a deal breaker for a slightly smaller group, the water pressure in the back bathroom behind the kitchen was very low, so for a group our size we had to share showers a bit. The Queen suite by the front door is naturally musty I think since it's on the same level as the yard, although it's very private.

We had a great Christmas stay at Dos Jaguares! The house is enormous and had plenty of room for our group of eight. The staff was great to work with and made things easy. Lots of beach activities at the house - kayaking, snorkeling, or hanging out on the beach. We loved every minute of it. Thank you so much!!

We loved Rosa and Jaime. They kept the house and grounds beautifully clean and yet were so unobtrusive as if things were just magically done. Rosa made us the most delicious Mayan chicken dinner. We loved having the use kayaks right out in front of the house. Maria from the management company was hugely helpful in making arrangements for us before our stay. The service was top notch in every way. I highly recommend this property for families or small groups. It was really wonderful.

House has such a beautiful architectural solutions and design, energy inside and on the beach is so relaxed and special. Me, my husband and our friends have all amazing time. We try different houses around Tulum and we love this one the best!!! Rosa maid also made our stay so good.

My kids loved it. Location is great very close to Tulum and all kinds of Cenotes. Beware, no AC in kitchen and living room and it does get hot even in October! Not ? sure I would stay again without AC in whole house. Water pressure is basically nonexistent is showers as well. Rosa the housekeeper is great. She did our laundry and cleaned daily. Positive, the snorkeling is great in the bay. My family loved our stay. I loved location to Tulum without the traffic. Do gl to the Walmart in playa Del Carmen, the smaller grocery stores don’t have a ton to lick from. If you have a large family this home I’d good to try. Private, safe, good location.

We rented the Villa for my 50th birthday celebration with 9 friends . Everything was perfect . We had a private beach , chef services and daily cleaning . The Villa is in a secluded part of Akumal , in between Cancun and Tulum . It’s easy to get too and very easy to get in and out of . The management was super helpful in helping us plan. Overall we had an amazing experience here . We plan to come back again. This place is divine !

I stayed in the master bedroom -- I couldn't help but smile every day I woke up to the beautiful ocean views and went to bed and woke up hearing the sound of the waves crashing. The property manager and staff were professional and the property was fantastic for a group vacation. The kitchen is a bit out-dated but otherwise, I could not recommend this home more highly!
