Stayed Aug 2, 2025We just loved villa, resort and Kalkan! The villa was beautiful and had everything you could need. The resort was quieter than expected which meant the boat to town wasn’t running, but this wasn’t a problem as taxis were cheap and easily available. The villa is very well positioned on resort near to the shop and top pool, with the minibus stopping literally outside the front door to take you down to the seafront, restaurant and other pools. As we were there in August and it was very hot so we took advantage of the minibus around resort and the aircon in the villa. Kalkan itself is very pretty (both in views from the villa and close up wandering the streets). Plenty to see and do in the area, we visited Saklikent Gorge, patara beach and did a day boat trip would recommend all. Lots of great restaurants to eat in with beautiful views from rooftops or harbour/beach views. Our teenage girls loved the shopping, market, and a couple of the bars/clubs which were popular with teens/adults too whilst we chilled out with a cold drink on our own! Help and advise was available easily via messaging Billy (the property manager) or contacting Nigel (villa owner) who also checked in with us during our stay to ensure all was well. I would throughly recommend staying here, it’s a well equipped villa in truly beautiful location! Already want to go back!!

Stayed Aug 1, 2019A beautiful villa, sympathetically decorated with stunning views over the bay. A fabulous master bedroom with jacuzzi bath, a generous double and a small single catered for my family allowing each of them their own space! The large open plan living area offered spectacular views, particularly of the sunset and a nice space to unwind and socialise. The walk down to the pools and the sea consists of a considerable number of stone steps but there is the mini bus on hand if you do not fancy the walk down or up. The resort is enchanting with lush landscaping everywhere. If you like to be waited on hand and foot then the adult pool offers a level of unexpected luxury! Both the adult and the family pool are salt water, so if you prefer you can use the pool at the top of the resort, a couple of minutes walk from the villa, which is chlorinated. We made full use of the tennis courts throughout our stay and were able to cool off at the adjacent pool. The tranquility of the villa and the entire resort made the holiday completely relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable.

Stayed Sep 18, 2018What a lovely apartment - really clean and very well appointed. Fab view from the balcony and the bedrooms. Great location both for getting in to town (only a 5 min taxi ride away) and if you want to be out and about. I went with a friend - we didn't bother with hiring a car - as getting about by taxi was really easy and very inexpensive. There is also the water taxi from the resort which takes you right into the harbour A visit to Patara beach and the Mahal Beach Club is a must! Although you are on a Resort - doesn't feel like that at all. I know we went at the end of the season when it wasn't as busy - but even so, the whole area had a lovely feel about it. If you like the use of a pool - very clean. Although there is no beach, there are plenty of platforms on which to sit/sunbathe that give you easy access to the sea. All the staff on the Resort are very friendly and unobtrusive. My only wish was that getting served in the Beach Club restaurant was abit quicker and there was abit more on the menu! Would definitely go again

Stayed Aug 1, 2018This is a well maintained and well equipped property in a great location. The view from the large patio/balcony is amazing, probably the best I have had from a villa or hotel room. The Patara Prince resort on which the villa is located is a lovely place and only a couple of minutes from beautiful Kalkan by taxi or water taxi. We will certainly come back at some point.

Stayed Jul 25, 2017We had a fabulous holiday at this villa July/Aug 2017 - stunning views from the balcony, which were enjoyed morning and evening watching the sunset. Great service from Billy who arranged airport transfers and gave great advice on days out and taxis, etc. Steep slope to villa but we walked down to sea and pools and a shuttle bus service made an easy return to the villa! Kalkan is truly stunning, and this villa in a great location to boat, walk or taxi to the town. Lovely pools, fantastic sea platforms and we loved snorkelling with a total of 5 loggerhead turtles during our stay. A gulet boat trip not to be missed either, plus fun at Saklikent Gorge. The whole family loved it, and we will certainly be retuning to Turkey. Lovely people and a stunning place. Highly recommend!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969A truly luxury villa in a wonderful location! Very clean and well maintained villa with stunning views over Kalkan Bay. Large outdoor terraced area was a wonderful way to spend the warm summer evenings . Beautiful master bedroom with panoramic views and luxurious bathroom. Well equipped kitchen and spacious lounge/dining area. The resort itself offers beautiful, mature, well maintained gardens and beautiful swimming pools, tennis, spa and small shop. The real gem of this resort though is the direct sea access with stunning platforms for private sunbathing and swimming. Kalkan itself is a wonderful vibrant fishing town with excellent restaurants, a beautiful harbour and friendly locals . We will definitely be back!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This villa is a real gem. Luxurious but homely and the views are incredible. Lovely decor and very spacious. The attention to detail is wonderful and the owners have thought about all the little things too like providing a cool box for days out, rucksacks and guide books The resort was beautiful and we loved the infinity pool which was only a very short walk from the villa, as was the shop. The position of the villa is perfect. The courtesy shuttle bus which takes you to the pool area at the bottom stops right outside. Walking into Kalkan only took 20 minutes Arriving at 10pm, the welcome hamper was much appreciated, as was having a local contact on hand, always helpful and willing to offer ideas of places and restaurants to visit. Kalkan Manzara Villa is a perfect base for exploring this area. We were a family of 4 with two sons aged 10 and 13 and they loved it too. We were contacted before we left to talk things through which was thoughtful and reassuring and we would thoroughly recommend staying here
