Luxury 4 Bed Villa in Kalkan, Sleeps 8, Own Pool, Sea Views, 15 Min Walk to Town

Loved staying at Villa Lucia, from booking to transfers to the Villa itself, Mark and Maria were helpful and responsive. They sorted transfers and had recommendations for taxi firms, to the closest supermarkets and eating out. the Villa was perfect location with great views over Kalkan, the pool had the sun all day and the villa was spotless with plenty of room for all of us. Everything needed from a home from home was there we thoroughly recommend this Villa and service from the hosts. All in all a fantastic holiday and Villa,Many thanks Mark and Maria

We had a love.y family holiday with my daughter, ,partner and 3 young children. Everything was perfect, everything that you needed was at hand. The views were amazing from the rooftop terrace. Maria and marks communication was brilliant, if we had a small problem it would be sorted within minutes.. thank you both for a lovely stay ?

Great views, well equipped villa the best we have stayed in

This property was exactly as it was shown on the website. It is a very well appointed house with everything that you could possible need with fantastic views over the sea. Mark and Maria's communication was fantastic and the check in process was very easy and they responded to any queries that we had quickly. There was a very useful folder with all the property information that we needed along with recommendations for local restaurants and activities. Kalkan is very hilly but the inexpensive taxi service took care of this. There is loads to do and see in Kalkan and it is a very special place. Would love to return in the future!

Villa Lucia is everything we expected & more. Maria & Mark have made it very homely inside & have given a lot of thought to little touches. The kitchen has everything that you need & very well catered if cooking for yourself and we enjoyed a couple of BBQ’s in the outdoor, covered dining area. There was plenty of outdoor seating and sun loungers for us all. The comfy seating area in the shade was super for the grandchildren to sit out of the sun & have some quiet time. The children loved the swimming pool & feeding George the tortoise. The sitting room is also very comfy with satellite TV and Music centre with a good selection of CDs. WiFi was good throughout the villa. Maria & Mark answered any questions before we arrived & even arranged as a surprise through our daughter a birthday cake & a bottle of bubbly which was very thoughtful. They also arranged taxi transfers to the airport which worked perfectly. The villa has had some alterations since Maria & Mark bought it & the swimming pool is now better for children with a shallow end & steps. Our 3 year old grandchild isn’t very confident in the water so was happy to sit on the steps for the first couple of days but soon got confident & would jump into the shallow end to be caught by us. Kalkan is a lovely place to explore the alleys & the restaurants that Maria & Mark recommended were all excellent especially the steak. Our overall impression was a beautiful villa in a lovely location . We would certainly go again, which says everything. Thanks again Maria & Mark.

Our 3rd visit to Kalkan was no disappointment. Absolutely loved the villa. Clean, spacious and ideal location to see stunning views and easy access to the town. We walked up and down to the town most days as we like the excecise but taxis are very cheap if you want to avoid walking the hills. The kitchen and outside BBQ was well equipped, not that we used it much. Pool was fantastic and well maintained. The villa owners couldn’t have been more helpful before the stay and answered a quick question during the stay really promptly. The airport transfer company they used were great too and cheaper than others we looked at. All the restaurants were once again excellent and we again tried different ones every time we ate out. Lots to see and do around the area. We decided to use taxis this year but have hired cars in the past to go further out. We can’t wait to go back to Kalkan for a 4th time in the not to distant future :)

We had an absolutely fantastic holiday using Villa Lucia as our base. The villa had ample space and facilities for 7 adults, the outside area was very peaceful and beautiful and the pool was much in use throughout our stay. A 10/15 min walk to town and a £2 taxi back up the hill after experiencing all that Kalkan has to offer. Lots of great restaurants and the younger members of our party enjoyed the night clubs until 5 in the morning. We are already thinking of returning in 2019.
