Perfect all round. Spacious both inside and out. Like staying in a villa. Great service from both Debbie and Jane. Very accommodating especially as our return flight was cancelled and we were able to stay an extra night. Mid stay clean. Excellently equipped kichen. Welcome pack included.

A friend recommended Kalkan as a great place to go on holiday and it didn't disappoint with great restaurants, beaches and things to do. This was made better by our host Debbie who organised a taxi to pick us up from the airport and a welcome pack with the essentials on arrival. The apartment is perfect in layout, location and facilities, we will be coming back in the future. Thank you so much.

This apartment was lovely and had everything you would need. Furnished lovely and very clean. Lots of little touches like plastic crockery and beach towels, games and beanbags. Water-cooler and toiletries and towels were all provided. An easy 7min walk to town which has everything for you. My only gripe was the neighbours who complained unfairly about my sons music volume which I refute as the day before I was playing pop music and singing like noone was listening (letting my hair down n celebrating my belated 50th alone by the pool and enjoying the fact we got away amidst this crazy crisis) and didnt hear a dickiebird. I think they just didnt like the genre !!! Appreciate we all must respect each others space etc and we did because we are courteous like that but I've heard Kalkan can be anti kids but bring our 3rd yesr in a row Ive never 'frlt' it..but I wasn't happy about being unfairly accused:( Not the owners fault..just a warning.

We have been to this apartment several times and it’s as lovely now as the first time. Cleaning and maintenance standards are high and there is always something new and improved.

Where to begin??? The property was amazing. The rooms are a good size, and the pool is just lovely. Everything you need is nearby as well! You have all you need to cook your own meals and enjoy food outside or in. Every room is air conditioned, and you can set the temperature. The bathrooms are wonderful, with good showers in both. Kalkan itself is incredible. There is so much to do. We would certainly recommend the Sunken City boat trip! Eating in the area is an amazing experience. The food quality is very high, but the prices weren't at all. We loved mini bar for a few drinks, before heading to Alternatif for a fancy meal, which we did three evenings of our ten night stay. For cheap authentic Turkish food, Oz Adana is the place to go! The apartment is managed by a local, Jane, who is English. She's very helpful! Sheet with us on the Tuesday, first day after we landed, and told us about the area. Her family own a cafe, cafe Leon, which we would heartily recommend, especially their taste of turkey night in a Thursday, if they're still running it. It was the best gateway that a couple on honeymoon can have. We couldn't recommend it more!

Faultless wonderful apartment Just returned home from this amazing apartment. It has a great sized pool and the outside furniture is so so comfortable. The facilities inside the house are just perfect. The pool and outdoor areas were cleaned and maintained to a very high standard every morning and the mid stay clean of the apartment was exceptional. Just a short walk into the center of Kalkan with restaurant, supermarket, barber etc just around the corner. What more can I say, amazing, brilliant, superb we will be back in the future and highly recommend. 5 stars.

There are a lot of rental properties in Kalkan, and having stayed in a number of them, this one rates very highly. Debbie has thought of everything to make guests feel welcome. The welcome pack is perfect if you don’t want to have to go straight back out to do a food shop. The beds are super comfortable with crisp clean sheets and decent sized bath towels. The pool area is lovely, making it seem more like a villa than an apartment, with private pool and luxurious sun lounger cushions plus an additional seating and dining area outside. If you want an easy walk into town without the need to hire a car or take a taxi then look no further, you won’t be disappointed.

I cannot emphasise what a lovely property this is to stay in - the apartment is spotless and the outside space wonderful especially in the early evening. The property is about a 10 min walk to the centre and a further 10 mins to the sea. Debbie was brilliant to deal with and organised all our transfers which made the whole trip hassle free - I highly recommend this property.

The apartment was well equipped, good layout and very comfortable. Having your own pool is a must which made the stay perfect. Could not have chosen a better location, a five minute walk down to the town and supermarkets, would advise to get a cab back. Had a few minor problems which were dealt with immediately. Owner and her team were available when needed and nothing was a hassle. Had a fantastic time.

We were a party of 5 (4 adults and a child). Debbie the owner of the apartment gave us all the information we required prior to arrival and arranged airport transfers, a child’s car seat and bed guard. She couldn’t have been more helpful. We have had numerous holidays in Kalkan over the last few years but always in hotels, and this lovely apartment allowed three generations to have sufficient space without getting in each other’s way. It is within easy walking distance of the village and it’s fabulous restaurants (Korsan Meze, Fish Terrace, Kosk, Olive Garden, Sade etc.). A taxi back to the apartment cost us 10 TL during the first week and 15 TL in the second week due to increased fuel costs. However, this was still very reasonable. We love going out on a gulet and went on a couple of trips and loved the hospitality and great food on the Sunset boats. We have been on many boat trips and the food on these boats will take a lot of beating. The mid stay clean and pool maintenance which happened every day before 7 a.m. was excellent. All in all this was a superb holiday in a wonderful apartment and I would not hesitate to recommend it.
