Nice quiet weekend! Golf cart to get around was great!

It was a beautiful view with friendly service. It was very accommodating to have the use of the golf cart. Although it may need maintenance in between visits as it had a flat tire and seems a little squirrelly going down hill. Overall definitely worth the money!

They called us while we were on our way to the island to tell us we could check in 5 hours early! We were going to have to wait all day but we’re able to check in right away. It was great

The view is spectacular! Overall loved the apartment. Was disappointed to learn of the 50 steps to get to the property. Also the grill was very dirty and unusable. Also we expected a working Air Conditioning system.

I loved everything about this room and the view and everybody on the island that’s a fantastic place to visit

Condo was very nice. Furnishings and appointments well done and comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony and the incredible views. Unfortunate that the pool, clubhouse and beach were closed to Covid, but obviously not the owners fault. We made the best of it and had a lovely time anyhow. The golf cart was excellent transportation to public areas inside and outside the complex and a MUST to get around to see other parts of the island and worked very well.

Condo was a dream. Atmosphere was spectacular

Loved the view, but didn’t feel it was as clean as we are used to. Mattress had urine stains which I didn’t notice until I took off the sheets. It would be helpful to have a broom handy. The space could use some TLC with bathroom doors sticking and outside doors being hard to open. Still had a wonderful time. Thank you!

Wonderful place . . . felt like being in Italy or Greece.

The balcony and setup of the apartment were amazing. It was a little confusing when we arrived since the address on the listing and the one on the door are different. It would have been helpful to know this upfront. Otherwise, great location away from Avalon, private and the golf cart was fantastic.

We loved it! Super cute condo. The view is amazing, and it’s so nice to have the golf cart, access to the pool and spa as well as a little private beach. We had such a nice time. The owners are so kind and the property manager is very helpful! We would love to come again!!

This was our third stay and as always, we had a wonderful time. Perfect view of the ocean. My husband says he loves the sound of the ocean when he is sitting on the couch relaxing. We grill every night and sit on the balcony to have dinner. Just a wonderful place to relax and enjoy each other. Thank you!!

Property was a little run down. Microwave turntable didn't work which meant things blew up in it. Fridge doors did not close properly unless effort was made to secure the left door latch behind its catch. But you could not simply close it. Had to access directions for coffee station on the internet in order to use it. Dryer was crazy. A normal dryer posing as a stackable on top of the washer! I was unable to clean the lint screen or turn on the dryer. Pots and pans had terrible crusty burned on food. I literally had to scrub them with comet cleanser - found in the washer/dryer closet - in order to use them.

Everything was easy, relaxing, and beautiful. There in a golf cart and what a great stay. Recommend to anyone.

Great place. Spacious cute condo. Amazing views night and day. It is a bit separated from town but the gold cart makes it very convenient and only takes about 10 minutes to get to town.

Our experience at this Catalina VRBO was nothing short of amazing. The views were absolutely unmatched—the kind that stop you in your tracks and make every moment feel like a postcard. Whether it was enjoying coffee on the balcony or watching the sunset, every view was breathtaking.A huge bonus was the golf cart that came with the property—truly a necessity on the island and something you just don’t get with most other places. It gave us the freedom to explore Catalina at our own pace without the hassle of rentals or long walks. It added so much ease and fun to the trip.What truly set this stay apart, though, were the hosts. They were incredibly kind, responsive, and went above and beyond for us. Not only did they generously allow us to check in early, but when all ferries and ships were canceled due to extreme winds and rough seas, they graciously accommodated us for an additional night so we had a safe and comfortable place to stay. Their flexibility and thoughtfulness during that stressful moment meant the world to us.This place felt like a hidden gem—comfortable, convenient, and filled with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. We’re already planning our return and will be recommending this spot to everyone we know visiting the island. If you’re looking for an unforgettable stay in Catalina, this is the one.

This property was perfect for what we needed. The only complaint we have is that we couldn't stay longer. Everything was clean and comfortable. Having the golf cart included was such a great amenity too. We will definitely try to book this place again when we can return.

Nice little cozy place; the cookware could use some upgrades, but nice and clean overall Internet was underwhelming: videos were throttled, some Catalina-related websites were blocked (!)

We had a great stay at the condo. We saw dolphins swimming by as we drank coffee on the deck. Things I wished I would have known about the number of stairs to unit. At least 5 flights and when you’re carrying luggage it feels like 50! We couldn’t find the lockbox it was behind the laundry room doors to the left of the front door. The golf cart was a lifesaver. The gate lady was a bit rude we took a cab with a friend who was not staying with us and she refused to let us through we had to show her his hotel reservation in town !

This is an ideal location. Be aware these condos were built in the 80’s so some things won’t have changed since then. The views and mix of proximity/distance to Avalon are perfect and I would stay here again without question.

Great location, beautiful views. Having the use of a golf cart was awesome, gave us the freedom to hang out in town and then retreat to the privacy of the home location. Beach was awesome, all the staff onsite was super friendly.

We loved our stay. It was so clean, nice kitchen, well-decorated and cute, and the view is gorgeous! The owners were very kind and helpful, and the property manager went out of her way to help also. Wish I could give it six stars! (On second thought…we didn’t like it. Don’t come! That way WE can come more often!!!! 😃)

We were mostly satisfied with our stay. The problems were that they list air conditioning as an amenity but they have no air conditioning. Also the TV system does not work well, they have 3 different remotes for the TV and the system does not work well.
