Stayed Feb 14, 2025Our group of 2 families had a love stay at Casa Zama. The location, pool and staff could not have been better.

Stayed Dec 12, 2024The house was amazing, the view was great, it is in the middle of tulum and playa del carmen. Both are a short cab ride. Staff was great and they are willing to make breakfast, lunch or dinner for you and do your shopping if needed (at a cost of course). Overall will go back again!!

Stayed Nov 18, 2023We rented both floors of Casa Zama. It fit 12 of us perfectly. There is plenty of room, given the two living rooms and two kitchens. It is a good location where you can swim right in front of the house. Water shoes were provided but if you don’t like sharing shoes, just bring your own. They are essential for water entry in front of the house. Unfortunately the kayak was broken. The pool and pool deck are a little small but we made it work. Some small things about the house are getting old, but everything worked well. The only big problem we had was sand fleas in the pullout couch. Overall we had a great time and the house was great for a big group.

Stayed Dec 4, 2021We really enjoyed the property, the location is excellent. The outdoor area is perfect! The maids (Theresas!) were great. I feel the room views are not well described. There are only 2 legitimate ocean view rooms here. It worked out for us but the description is not reasonable and did cause some disappointment. 100% though we would return to Casa Zama!
