Villa Joao Pedro is located in lovely rural surroundings, enjoying great views across the countryside, near to the charming village of Carvoeiro with its selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Car hire is not essential, although the walk into Carvoeiro will take you around 30 minutes if you prefer that to a taxi.
The Villa has a good sized private pool, terraces, and soft landscaped gardens. The beaches of Carvoeiro are just a short drive away and the nearest supermarket and coffee

Stayed May 21, 2023Ideally located on a short drive from Carvoeiro town/beach and 50 minutes from Faro airport, this single level villa more than met my family's expectations. Communication with the owner was prompt and detailed, and we had everything we needed to know prior to arrival - the in-villa guidebook was also very detailed about the local area. The owner also reached out to check we arrived OK (we had flight issues) and made herself available throughout our stay. Villa was spotlessly clean and was furnished to a very high standard and had everything we needed for our week in the sun. Was nice also to receive a little welcome pack to get us going, although a large supermarket was only around a 3 minutes drive away Outside space was great with a large pool, BBQ and undercover dining space. There were enough sun beds for everyone and pool towels were supplied The villa was set far enough back from the road, so we were not disturbed at all. Overall would 100% recommend this fantastic villa

Stayed Oct 12, 2019The villa is huge! We were only two but there is so much space for families or large groups. It is very private and comfortable and made an excellent base for touring. It is slightly further out than we would have liked but it is still walkable into town. And there is a bus service and plenty taxis. We were kept informed all through the booking process and Patricia texted a few time to check that we had arrived safely and that we were ok during our stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.
