2 bed/2 bathroom apartment on the desirable Monte Dourado complex close to beach

Great access to town

Everything was easy from checking in to checking out. The apartment was clean, comfortable, well appointed and tastefully decorated. The location is walking distance to grocery’s, great restaurants, shopping and the beach. The boardwalk was also just a short walk to enjoy a morning or evening walk and enjoy the sunset. We explored the Algarve region by car from this centrally located town. After going through many towns we were pleased we chose this great location, town and resort. We LOVED hiking the Seven Hanging Valleys.

Wonderful apartment! Walking distance to town with fantastic restaurants and beach. Well equipped and spotlessly clean, towel change halfway through week was a pleasant surprise. Pool area with sunbeds was lovely. We loved it here and will definitely be back. Thank you.

An incredible holiday. We are returning visitors as we love the accommodation, Chris and Vanessa are superb, helping with where to eat and places to visit. There is a family feel to the local area. We hired a car which helped visit some amazing beaches. We will be returning next year as we love it so much!

We loved the apartment. Great for families. Location was fantastic and we loved the choice of pools at the complex. Really appreciated the pool towels, coffee machine, sky sports and air con. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed with our 3 boys age 18, 20 and 22 and very comfortable in unit. Enjoyed the location and morning runs along the boardwalk/trail along coast. Wish there was not a charge to use tennis courts. Unit clean and well supplied. Owners provided excellent instructions for unit. We were there during a cold spell and would have liked a heated pool but would recommend place anyways as doubt any pools are heated. Would stay at this spot again.

We stayed here for 3 nights at the beginning of our Portugal holiday. Such a lovely apartment! Location was amazing. Close to town. It is a bit hilly so those with mobility issues might have difficulty but that’s true for everywhere in Europe. Comfortable beds, nice living space and kitchen. Chris and Vanessa are excellent hosts.

Nice apartment - comfortable bed. Good sitting room. Chris very helpful when issues arose. Very unlucky with the weather - 7 days of rain! Monte Dourado a nice complex with a heated pool and 2 tennis courts.

Condo was as pictured/described and a great place to have an extended vacation.

The condo was walking distance to beach, town and restaurants. Parking was available onsite so it was easy to just leave the car and walk short distances. Area is a bit hilly if mobility is an issue for anyone. Very clean unit. Easy check in at condo building office. Would highly recommend.

Exactly as listed. The location was perfect, walking distance to the town centre and close to restaurants. Chris and Vanessa were great to deal with, answered all our questions and were always in contact with us. The apartment was clean, perfect size for 4 adults. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Chris was great with communication and provided a PDF package with all the info that would be required. We arrived later than expected and check-in was a breeze. Spacious apartment, bright and clean. Very close to downtown. We had a great stay and would not hesitate to book it again.

Just returned from a wonderful holiday. Chris and Vanessa’s apartment was beautiful. As a family of 5 (with children of 22, 20 and 18) we had plenty of room in an airy, spotlessly clean and well equipped apartment. The beds were super comfy and the fold up bed for the 5th person was more than adequate. Chris was super helpful when we enquired about renting for 5 people and even sent me photos of one of the bedrooms set up with the fold out bed in use so I could decide whether it would be suitable for our needs. The complex itself is well maintained, super clean and a short stroll into the lovely town with plenty of really good restaurants to choose from. Small supermarkets were also within easy walking distance to pick up essentials. The apartment was set within a quiet area of the complex and we enjoyed the balcony overlooking the pool area. Nothing but positive things to say about our visit. Would definitely recommend Chris and Vanessa and their fantastic apartment and we hope to return some time in the future. This apartment was just what we needed for me and my 12 year old daughter and friend. Spacious, very clean and has everything you need. The town and beach very close by foot and really nice. Lots of options to eat and shop. Would stay again, thanks!

Beautiful apt.! Superb location.

We really enjoyed our quick stay at Christopher and Vanessa’s place in Carvoeiro. The condo was very spacious with a big terrace and greatly located. The kids had fun in the swimming pools and it’s a short walk down the street with lots of shops and restaurants. Everything was perfectly set to suits our needs in the bedrooms on our arrival.

The apartment is clean, comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed having the sun beds on the large sunny balcony! It was very well equipped with good appliances and also nice to be able to watch UK TV …. BBC,ITV etc. We would happily go again!!
