Slightly older property, has everything you need , plenty of room, plus a lovely pool. Great location. Close to centre of Carvoeiro, Restaurant and small supermarket right across from property, very handy

Have stayed in Carveoiro many times but this gorgous house is Perfect. Only minutes from the town & beach, but still nice and quiet area, lovely clean pool, spacious outdoor area, well equipped kitchen, lots of books and games for non digital entertainment!! Highly recommend and would definitely return!!

Sao Jose is very clean and comfortable, everything you need to have a great holiday is in the villa. Well equipped kitchen, lovely pool area which catches the sun from sunrise to sunset. The villa is a 10 minute walk from the beach and only e couple of minutes walk from the bars and restaurants. There is also a small supermarket just across the road. We had a wonderful stay at Casa Sao Jose and will book again.

A lovely place with everything we needed in a great area, everything in the villa was exactly as described great pool and we spent most of our time playing in it or lazing around it. Not overlooked at all. Only a short walk to the restaurants and beach and a friendly well stocked convenience shop with fresh pastries in the morning just across the road . The only major complaint would be that the two double beds were very very hard and uncomfortable- the worst I’ve ever had to sleep on! So not good night sleeps unfortunately. We couldn’t get the tv to work although this wasn’t a problem really as we didn’t go on holiday to watch tele. Overall it was nice place and if not for the bed I would go again.

This is a nice option for a family staying in Carvoeiro. Check in was no problem. Everything worked fine. There are some ocean views from the balcony and the pool was nice. The location is great. It did feel like no one had been there in a long time when we arrived, and we spent some time sweeping off the back porch and removing cobwebs. The home has an older look and feel. But all things considered we had a nice stay. The AC in the bedrooms was also great to have.

The property is lovely and in a great location. 5 minute walk to restaurant hill. We had a problem with the wi-fi, which was dealt with on the same day by the property manager. Excellent service. Would definitely book again.

Perfect villa for us, close to town, opposite shop selling fresh bread/pastries, lovely pool and beds which got plenty of sun. Villa had everything you could need and location perfect- 5 mins to town and beach. Good size, comfy beds and air con if too hot/ cold. Owner v helpful and great value for money.
