CASA SUSPIRO: Luxury, BeachFRONT Villa on White-Sand Beach with Staff

Excellent location, property and staff.

The pics do not do this property justice. It is absolutely stunning. And big enough that my family (7 adules, 3 kids) could all have their own spaces. The property manager was amazing and so accommodating. She got us answers to all sorts of questions. And the beach was right there. Sat by the pool and watched the whales jump.... This beach is not a tourist beach and the locals were very respective of our private beach. And there are 3 great restaurants withing a 5 min beach walk. The drive to the home is a bit bumpy. I would recommend just hiring a driver/uber/taxi when/if you want to go somewhere.

The house is stunning! Perfectly clean. A/c in each room which is essential. Rosalinda, the owner, was very responsive and provided great recommendations including restaurants and outings. We opted to have the house stocked with food, and also to have breakfast prepared each day by the lovely staff. We also had two dinners prepared. Delicious! And such a luxury! The beach is perfect for a morning run or walk. We watched whales spouting water from our beautiful veranda! I wasn’t crazy about the dirt road access. It has a lot of large potholes and was a challenge with our small sedans. But that’s such a minor thing. We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend this property! We all agreed it was our all time favorite vacation rental.

We had the most amazing time at the house. Tere and Luz were the best hosts and the 3 meals we had them cook were incredible. Rosalinda is so sweet. She called us before to make sure we had everything we needed, she gave amazing recommendations for surf lessons, zip lining, restaurants, etc. We can’t wait to find another date to come back and visit! Thank you for everything!

Rosalinda is hands-down the best owner we’ve ever worked with before. Her staff is very friendly, attentive, and kind. Rosalinda helped us schedule cooks/chefs and helped us with restaurant suggestions etc. We barely left the property as it has everything you need in terms of different spaces, the pool was awesome and the beach is incredible and very private. Even though there is public access, it’s basically your beach. The families that did come to the beach were not loud and didn’t play music, etc. It was by far the best family vacation we’ve had.

Had a fantastic stay celebrating my 50th with my girlfriends. The house has everything you could need, is on a beautiful beach and made for a true vacation. Rosalinda was just a text away with any questions and Tere prepared delicious home cooked meals. Hope to return one day.

The villa was gorgeous and clean. Rosalinda was super helpful with recommendations before we arrived. Tere was the BEST…amazing meals prepared! We loved spending time in the pool and the beach was fabulous as well. Great time had by all. We’d visit again!!

Our stay was exceptional. My family of 7 had the most wonderful time. This truly was the best vacation that we have ever experienced.

Rosalinda was extremely communicative and helped us with activities, dinner and breakfast menus and any other questions we had. Our stay was perfection with Tere and staff taking care of the delicious food and all the cleaning. A true vacation for our families. The house is well stocked with boogie boards, chairs, towels etc. It was a wonderful vacation, I would highly recommend!
