The Teller House on Prince

Unique loft space, centrally located and near bagel/beignets for breakfast and lots of other nifty shops. 2 dedicated parking spaces was critical. The parking space would be difficult to maneuver with a very large car. It was winter, but the place was cozy. My young adult children found the space very comfortable. We would definitely stay again .

This was our second time staying here and we didn’t consider looking anywhere else! The place was just as beautiful as it was a couple of years ago. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area. Very clean, nice furnishings and better dishes than we’ve seen in other VRBOs.

Second stay was just as good as first. Amazing location with so much to do right outside the door. Great open floor plan to gather with friends and family. We will be back again.

The place was a great fit for our family for this trip. The location was right in downtown and provided opportunities to experience Lancaster. The hosts provided a clean and warm experience. It was decorated nicely and had plenty of provisions for cooking a meal. We had considered staying in a hotel, but will certainly consider The Teller House on Prince for our next Lancaster stay.

Beautiful property in an amazing area. There are many walkable restaurants & shops. All the rooms are beautifully decorated & there are 2 gorgeous bathrooms. We love our stay!

This house was fantastic. The four bedrooms were perfect for a family gathering. The kitchen had all necessary supplies. The neighborhood amenities were great as well. Only negative comment is a minor one: the plumbing in the downstairs bathroom made regular noises…not excessively loud but a little annoying at times. Sounded like either someone coughing or a small dog barking. Overall though, I couldn’t rate this place any higher.

We’re previous residents of the city and visit often- this is a great location right downtown and the onsite parking is convenient. Very comfortable and spacious. Always one of the first places we check for availability when coming out for a long weekend!

I want to keep this to myself for a future hidden gem but this space is better than pictures describe and despite a few hiccups I've never felt more refreshed or comfortable, catered to or safe, than this exquisite site. Will definitely return asap!

This beautiful, spacious well appointed apartment was ideal. Exceeded our expectations. The blending of older elements and modern was gorgeous. Thank you John for such a great stay.

Lots of space, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds and pillows, amazing location. The value of two off-street parking spaces was wonderful.Just two minor notes:

Teller House was a perfect stay for our Field Hockey crew while in town for a tournament at the Nook. The property was spacious and very comfortable, and a much better value than hotel properties nearby. We also had access to great cafes, breweries and restaurants right outside our door. Communication with the host was quick and seamless.

We had a great time at the Teller House over the winter holidays: great space and location in downtown Lancaster with big kitchen and open dining/living room area and cool loft.

Perfect weekend for four friends to celebrate lifetime of friendship. A lot to do in walking distance. More to explore within a short drive. Really beautiful property!

Perfect location, beautiful accommodation, so comfortable. Our stay was perfect.

Great place. Minor hiccups. Two different codes at check in for upstairs place was confusing. Othe cars in spots reserved for the place was frustrating.

This place is gorgeous. Bigger than the photos and well equipped. We stayed here over a long weekend. Easy access to restaurants, off street parking. Highly recommend@

We loved the loft. Ample room. We had a handicapped parent with us. The elevator was great. The stairs to the 2nd. Floor are a little steep but, overall a great experience.

We had a fantastic stay at the Teller House on Prince! The location was great with tons of adorable shops & cute restaurants nearby. The coffee shop downstairs was super convenient with a friendly staff! Though the lobby & building are shared with offices, I only once ran into others in the elevator & was never inconvenienced (or felt like I was in their way!) by anyone. The space itself is SO open & airy but somehow also quite cozy. I loved the upstairs lofted bedroom & gorgeous claw footed bathtub! The only minor complaint or warning I have is that the entrance to the parking area is quite narrow! I was driving a suburban so it was a tight squeeze but doable! I did love that there was designated parking & I didn’t have to worry about street parking! Overall, 10/10 spot & we’d absolutely stay again! The hosts were very kind & helpful when I needed to change my dates a bit. Thank you!!

The Teller House beautiful and we enjoyed our stay in Lancaster. There were great restaurants to walk to and many fun things for our grandkids to experience near by.

It was perfect for four friends to stay there. Great restaurants within walking distance! Hoping to return.
