This recently renovated one-story open concept detached house has a wood burning fireplace, an inground pool, front yard firepit and 2 off-street parkingspaces.

Walking inside, you’ll be delighted to find a gourmet kitchen with new stainless-steel appliances including a 5 burner gas range with double convection oven at the bar-height island. The open concept great room boasts a wood burning fireplace, built-in reading nook and dining. In the summer, you have a breathtaking view of the pool throughout. Be sure to greet the knight in shining armor and his Viking princess! There are 3 enticing bedrooms. The King bedroom suite includes a large screen Roku TV, walk-thru closet plus a spa-like bath featuring a double walk-in shower, jetted tub and dual vanities with built-in make-up table. The huge Queen bedroom has a game table, tons of closet space & a Roku TV. The third Family Fun Bunk bedroom has a double bed + bunk beds with paper lantern string lights and Roku TV. Can you read the word painted by local traveling graffiti artist Ramon Trevino beside the double bed The second bath includes a library, pool lockers, double vanity and access to the utility room with a new washer and dryer. Central air conditioning and high ceilings add to an already amazing home. By the way, each bedroom has an alarm clock with cell phone chargers – just bring the cords that fit your phones. And did you notice that all of our TVs are Roku which offer many streaming options We also provide Disney+ and Prime movies for even more entertainment!

The swimming pool is an approx 19'x38' rectangle that tapers from 4' in shallow end to 7-8' deep with underwater lighting. There's a 2' walkway around pool. Rear door opens within 2' of pool. Please note it's a very narrow sidewalk around the pool and no pool fence so it’s not suitable for small children. Pool & rear patio are surrounded by a seasonal flowering vine covered privacy fence. The rear patio has party string lights for evening fun! And there’s a Weber charcoal gas grill for barbequing poolside!

The large fenced-in front yard has 2 off-street parking spaces and fire pit. Street parking permits may be obtained for $2 per day from the Lancaster Parking Authority's website (look for “Apply & Pay for Residential Parking Permit Here” button then scroll to the bottom for Visitor permits) or call them.

Note: The pool is open from Memorial Day through September, later if weather permits. But it's not heated. Ask us if the pool is open before you make a reservation. The pool is covered for the winter when the temperature turns cold in October.

We have a rental agreement that you must agree to in order to stay at our property. If you book instantly, you must sign and return your rental agreement within 4 hours in order to keep your reservation.

If you do choose to book our property, please provide a brief description of the purpose of your trip and IDs of persons staying at our home. Also, please confirm that everyone in your group is a non-smoker.

Due to our daughter's severe allergies, absolutely no pets are allowed. Pets trigger convulsive seizures.

We provide unscented Laundry Products. Due to guest allergies to scented laundry products, only unscented laundry detergent, unscented non chlorine bleach, unscented fabric softener and unscented dryer sheets are permitted to be used in our washer and dryer. Scented laundry products leave a residue in the laundry appliances and linens which can cause an anaphylactic reaction. If you break this House Rule, there is an additional $500 Cleaning Fee if we smell scented Laundry Product residue in the washer, dryer or on the linens and towels.

Our home is dynamic and changes with the seasons or when I find new treasures! Please note we change out furniture, decor, accessories, etc. from time to time which may not be pictured and items pictured may be removed.

We've had to make some changes due to Covid-19. We are saddened by these changes. It’s become a different world. Because of the virus:
1. We have removed all of the condiments, food & beverage items from the pantry and refrigerator.
2. We have removed the bedroom pillows, blankets and throws. You will need to bring your own.
3. Early check-ins or late check outs are not permitted because of the cleaning time required. Check in is between 5 to 8 pm.
4. All guests must be symptom free for 14 days prior to arrival.
Regardless of the precautions, we will not be able to guarantee a virus free environment. Unfortunately for all of us, including our family, you venture out into the world at your own risk.

Pool Heater Option:
We are excited to announce that we have recently installed a swimming pool heater for your enjoyment! The pool can be set to a comfortable 85 degrees. An additional charge of $100 per day + tax covers the heater's cost. We hope this enhancement will make your stay even more enjoyable if you use it!
