Beachfront Villa, Private Pool, Fiber Optic

Our stay in Dominical was sensational! It was our first time being in Costa Rica. Stephen was very responsive and helpful! Our flight arrived later than expected and he stayed at the house until we arrived in the evening and even made a quick grocery trip for us before we got there because the grocery store nearby would be closed before our arrival. The pool area and backyard are spectacular! We have kids aging from 11 to 18 and every single member of our family thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the beach! There were a couple of days we spent hours just jumping the waves in the ocean! It was very private and we felt on most days like we had the entire beach area to ourselves. The town is just down the road from the house and was perfect for us! Plenty of food options and we felt very safe walking around. Dominical has such a laid back vibe and everyone there was very friendly. The grocery store is only about a mile away which was very convenient, The house was very clean and the kitchen had all of the utensils we needed. Air conditioned bedrooms were great! The only recommendation I have is to maybe purchase more comfortable seating for the TV area. We didn’t watch TV much because we were out exploring everyday, but it was nice to unwind at night:) Since there isn’t air conditioning in the main area, it may be helpful to have floor fans available for guests. Overall our stay was Fabulous and we’d stay here again in a HEARTBEAT!

We had an absolutely amazing time! The home was well stocked with everything we needed and the owners communicated well with us during the check in and check out process. Location is amazing, pool was absolute heaven and the beach was steps away for us to explore and enjoy. No complaints. We hope to be back someday! ¡Pura vida!

I’d love to give this place five stars—and I will—but part of me wants to keep this hidden gem a secret! The home was spacious for just the two of us, and the location was unbeatable. Being able to walk to a quiet, nearly private beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower, and then relax in the pool was incredible.Dominical is the perfect laid-back surfer town, just a short walk or quick drive away. For anything you can’t find there, the BM Supermercado is conveniently located only two minutes from the property. Even during the rainy season, the covered outdoor area allowed us to enjoy the fresh air and the views without worrying about the weather.Every detail of this home has been thoughtfully designed. The quality of the construction and décor is evident throughout, and the kitchen and grill were fully equipped for preparing meals at home. The bedroom air conditioning provided the perfect comfort for humid nights.The hosts were exceptional—welcoming, patient, and attentive. They waited to greet us despite our two-hour delay due to traffic, shared excellent restaurant recommendations, and helped us arrange tours with ease. Even though we stayed in the middle villa, we had complete privacy and tranquility.This home, the hosts, and the location exceeded every expectation. I couldn’t recommend it more—just don’t tell too many people about it!P.S. The lizards are BOLD and will invade your personal space looking for crumbs, ants, or just to check on what you've been up to.

Our host was amazing. The location and property are second to none the the Dominical area. Love it, we’ll be back.

We are 2 couples that visited. We have been here before and loved it then. On this trip we did the recommended Jungle ATV tour - fabulous! We had great meals at La Parcela and of course the wings at Jolly Roger’s! This villa is perfect for great walks on the beach, relaxing by the pool and has a great kitchen to prepare any foods or beverages desired. Easy travel to Manuel Antonio and Uvita for night life, and quiet if you wanted to stay home. We truly love this area and will be back for sure!!

My wife and I along with another couple stayed for 7 nights. Very convenient location to restaurants in the area, The house and pool were clean and they cleaned both twice during our stay. We noticed the sound of a few trucks downshifting on the road in front of the villa, but it was not a big deal. The beach was very quick to access and stunning! The management company for the villa was quick to respond to all our needs. 5 stars.

The home was very well equipped with kitchen supplies, beach towels, bath towels and plenty of seating. This was by far the cleanest vrbo I have stayed in. The staff/housekeeper went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant. The home is close to the beach but we didn’t swim in it because of the rip tides. The pool was amazing and perfect for our kids. The house is right off the road which makes it accessible but there is a lot of noise from the street. The 3 houses are very close which would be great for families or friends staying close by. We loved the iguanas that hung around the pool.

Nice home overlooking the ocean. Steve was very helpful abd made the experience that much better. I would love to rent the place again next year.

We stayed in caballitos 2 for 1 week. The house was perfect for our group. The management was wonderful to work with and the caretaker was lovely . Having the beach right out front is amazing. It is not safe for swimming because of rip currents but at low tide there are wonderful tidal pools that the kids enjoyed. The house was clean and very well appointed. There is air conditioning in each of the bedrooms but not in the main living area. I highly recommend having a rental car as you can not walk to town during high tide unless you are on the main road. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and would definitely recommend this house.

Caballitos del Mar was perfect for us. The house was spotless and the grounds were beautiful. The Yougethere management team was very available and resourceful. Being able to walk the beach into Dominical (at low tide) was a bonus. We hope to return before too long!
