Three Identical Villas with Private Pools. Ideal for a large family or reunion!

We had a wonderful stay for our family of 14, making great use of all 3 villas. The grounds were beautifully maintained. The onsite managers were wonderful people and very helpful and pleasant (Viva? and Jorge are great). All 3 pools were in great shape, clean and each were different temps due to their position in sun, so it was perfect for swims any time, any pool of choice. The beach is right there by short path and walk to town is an easy 20 minutes. Always felt totally safe, even had nightly security guard and managers were onsite. We'd stay again for sure!

We absolutely loved our time here in Dominical! These homes were everything we had hoped for and more. The property is clean, beautiful, and incredibly well-positioned. We had a group of 8 adults and 8 children, ages 1-15, and everyone had a wonderful time. We loved the easy access to the beach, the crystal clean pools, the BBQ grills, the regular house cleaning, the very well-appointed kitchens, and all the iguana friends in the backyard.Every single person we interacted with was amazing from check-in to the onsite property caretaker, to the security staff, to the pool caretaker. We loved the entire crew! We had one small baby, and the team made sure to bring a baby gate for the stairs, a crib, and a high chair for us. Those little details go a long way! Our family members who didn't make this trip had major FOMO and are already bugging us to book a return trip to Caballitos Del Mar!

We were with a group of 21 that stayed in all 3 houses. The location of the homes were excellent. Beautiful beach to hang out on and waves that were calm enough to swim in. A little further to the right on the beach the ocean was a little calmer. The homes were perfect for our families. There was no air conditioning in the main part of the house- only the bedrooms- but this wasn’t a huge problem. Windows could be opened to help with air flow. The homes were well maintained and everything was in good shape. We did have a problem with one of the ovens. It was looked at but never fixed. There was always someone around to ask questions and a security guard was always walking around the property. The home is minutes from Dominical and the large grocery store which was really handy with such a large group. Patios and pools were used regularly and worked out perfectly! Macaws and other animals were often spotted on the property. Beautiful property that suited our needs very well! Would highly recommend!

The property was well maintained and the houses were stocked with everything you might need, down to laundry detergent! The beach out front was beautiful and basically private. The location is close to town and felt very safe. There is a grounds keeper on the property at all times, they are very friendly and helpful, but you practically don’t notice them. It was great for our group!

We rented all three houses for our family of 19 and everything worked well. We used all three pools (one had a bit more shade so it was cooler) and convened in the center home for meals. The Cabillitos del Mar offered space for quiet conversations and a/c for bedrooms. And, the proximity to the beach was terrific. The houses sit on the downhill side of the road (steep driveway) and we did not try to walk nor run near the busy road. The beach was terrific for that, especially at low tide, and we enjoyed the sunsets too. The homes were clean and management company professional. The on-site person was there if needed to answer questions, and not intrusive at all.

We had access to all three Villas, dishwasher was not great in Villa 2 but overall very satisfied with our experience there and would definitely recommend. Would note that there is AC only in the bedrooms no where else. We used Private chef 2 nights for dinner and would highly recommend them food was excellent!

This was perfect for a group of 21 people ranging from 4 months old and up. Having the separate houses were perfect especially for the families within our group who had young babies. We were down at the beach morning, noon and night and had the pro village of seeing neon blue waves from the bioluminescence one night. The kids enjoyed playing with all the hermit crabs and the freedom to safety run within the property. All our needs were meet and we would absolutely love to come back.

We enjoyed our stay. The location on the beach was perfect. The houses are generally well maintained. Pools were clear and spotless. Caretakers are very nice; responded immediately when we were concerned about one of the fridges. One small complaint was the BBQs did not work very well. We mostly did our own cooking: recommend the B&M in Uvita rather than Maxi Pali in Quepos or small grocery in Dominical. Our party enjoyed the zip lining at Hacienda Baru and horseback riding at La Merced. We also enjoyed a cooking class and lunch at Rancho Cielo Alto--first class.

These villas were awesome, right next to beach and nobody else around. Check in and out was a breeze. Stephen the manager was so easy going and super helpful with all our questions. Would definitely recommend to everyone.
