This was a great little house with a beautiful mountain view. We saw multiple toucans and aracari while staying there. The owners greet you at a meeting spot, show you to the house, and show you everything that you need to know about their property. Which is becoming rare in CR. Most homes management send you directions to the property and a code for the door. I don't think some of the managers even verify that the house is clean and ready. Frank and Lorna live just up the mountain if you need anything.Great house and host.

Beautifully kept house, great views across the hillside and constant bird chatter. Hike to the river is accessible. 4x4 is necessary and not too difficult. Definitely worth a stay here. Thank you Lorna and Frank

Just returning home from 3 glorious weeks in Paradise! This, our 10th annual trip to the Dominical, Uvita, Ohochal area have found a place we will come back to! Situated in the middle of a mountainous forest, our beautiful house was the perfect retreat for anyone who is looking for a relaxing, yet energizing experience. Relaxing because of the expansive views of the rainforest in all it's diverse glory. The absolute energy of the sun as it crests over the mountain into the kitchen and pool area every single morning! This place has it all when you're talking about location and beauty, but what really takes them over the top are the perfect hosts! Lorna and Frank were no only the most gracious, efficient,. and helpful hosts ever, they are people I now consider friends! Words do not properly describe this excellent place to experience Costa Rica

Dave and I had an amazing time. The house was exactly as described and had everything we needed. If we never left the house we would have had the time of our lives taking wildlife photos and enjoying the pool and home. We did some amazing tours and spent time when we were not at the home enjoying the local resturant at the bottom of the mountain. The food was amazing and Vanesa and Doney are lovely people with a wealth of information if you are looking for things to see and places to go. Maurice at the local fruit and vegetable stand had some great produce. Costa Rica is a beautiful country with very warm and friendly people. We highly recommend this home especially if you are into photography of wildlife. We had the time of our lives!! Lorraine and Dave Dewey
