Spectacular Ocean Views and Sunsets, Large Private Secluded Property!

A hidden gem on the hillside! We were struggling to find a nice house at a reasonable price when we finally happened upon this one; once we arrived, we were thrilled to see the property actually matched the photos (it’s easy to be deceived these days). It’s not too far from the road, but very private with million dollar views and plenty of space. Our family of 3 stayed a week and invited friends over one evening for dinner, for a total of 7 adults. It didn’t feel cramped and a couple who’d recently moved to CR 5 months ago was impressed with the property (they’d seen quite a few rentals). The main living space doesn’t have AC like many places, but dipping in the pool and/or heading to the beach during the heat of the day make it quite manageable. Communication with the property management team was a breeze and made our stay enjoyable. Will definitely be back!!

Highly Recommend!! We have stayed at several houses in this area and this house is absolutely fantastic!! It is in the jungle! Lots of wildlife! We had capuchin monkeys visit almost everyday and could hear howler monkeys all around us. The outdoor space and pool is amazing. The two decks are great for morning coffee and afternoon naps in the shade. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us. The road up is steep and if it rains can be challenging, but it dries out pretty fast. Definitely need a 4x4 SUV. Short drive down the mountain to fantastic beaches! The kitchen is very will stocked with everything including spices. We had a challenge arriving after dark finding the property, but that was my fault because I didn't check my junk mail for the email from Massi with very detailed instructions. But I was able to get in touch with Tracy and Jim and they very helpful. We can't wait to go back and stay here again!! You can't go wrong with this house!

We were very please with the property and the beautiful scenery it provided. Adriano was very efficient with our needs. We utilized the Chef service and they were amazing. But I do have to say that I am not please with the lack of response from Silvia. We had a terrible situation on Thursday night and I have not heard a word from Silvia. We had a terrible flood in the en-suite. All the water from the tub came into the closet, bathroom and bedroom. It came thru the pipe that the dehumidifier hose goes into. As well as coming up thru the drain of the shower. We used all the towels and rugs. There was no stopping it. We were up for hours. All we could do was ring out the towels in the shower area and keep mopping up the water. I messaged Adriano first thing in the morning and he brought a crew in to clean while we were out for the day. Otherwise we enjoyed your little piece of heaven.

Incredible home. The view is even better than the photos can do justice to. Complete privacy but make sure you do rent a 4x4 vehicle for the drive up! Owner and property manager were super prompt in communication and Silvia the concierge (included) was a great help in booking activities. Short drive to multiple markets and restaurants , this is an ideal area to stay in for a nice balance of activities but also away from city atmosphere. Only negative was the spa is not heated ( I like hot water!) We stayed in the rainy season & it was perfect- not too hot, no tourists, and the storms were awesome to watch. Most surreal sunset I’ve ever seen in my life from that back patio! Wonderful stay, thank you

Everything was wonderful, especially being able to sit under the gazebo and enjoy the rain right in the middle of the rainforest. The road is a little rough, but with the 4 wheel drive, we had no problem. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

This is probably the best holiday home we have ever stayed in. We couldn't fault anything.The property and grounds were perfect for wildlife - howler monkeys, Capuchin monkeys, toucans and loads more.Lovely pool with great views and wonderful interior and bedrooms.Loved it

We stayed on short notice with Tracy and team being great to work with. Very nice upgrades have been made and the outdoor sitting, lounging and grilling areas are outstanding additions since we stayed prior. Saw plenty of wildlife including two kinds of monkeys. Would definitely stay again in the future!

Fantastic hosts!

Really enjoyed staying at Casa de los Suenos in Dominical, what a special house and location. They views are magnificent and the house is well positioned to take advantage of them all. We had some amazing sunsets! The setting and wildlife are memorable to behold, with monkeys and macaws and other birds and animals nearby. Our stay was a ton of fun for the kids to experience a bit of Pura Vida on the Costa Rican coast. Many times we had dinner in downtown Dominical and Uvita and other spots just near the house and down the hill. The locals were friendly and the local food better than expected! Amazing fruits and healthy options nearby. A highlight was the local coffee and chocolate! We would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for an authentic Costa Rica getaway.

Beautiful property! Amazing outdoor living space with breathtaking views. Well stocked organized kitchen. Extremely clean. Would love to rent this property again for a longer stay. Pura Vida!

This was our second stay at Tracy’s property. It is simply magnificent. The upgrades on patio are beautiful from the last time we stayed in 2015. Everyone is wonderful, easy to contact and well the property makes you feel as if you are in paradise. The beds and pillows are so comfortable. It feels like a home away from home. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and both times we were not disappointed at all,the property is overall outstanding, We all enjoyed our stay very much the views of the sunset and the ocean were outstanding, and we saw monkeys tucans parrots, and more. We loved the outdoor kitchen and used it for breakfast lunch and dinners. the pool was fantastic, We were in it at least twice a day and the outdoor living room was so incredible in the morning and in the evening to watch the sunset I would highly recommend this propertyto anyone.

This place is absolutely amazing and the host is fantastic. Very responsive and the little touches make this a special place.If you are looking for a secluded spot (you will absolutely need four wheel drive as the listing says) to get away with family of all ages this is the place. You can sit in the pool and watch the most amazing sunsets you will ever see or sit on either of the outside decks and watch all the wildlife.The outdoor kitchen space is fantastic and we cooked almost all of our meals there. You are only 20 minutes from Dominical (I wish we had explored it earlier) and a relatively short drive to two national parks.This is a great place to stay and I cannot recommend it or the host strongly enough!

We had an amazing time at the Villa. It completely lived up to the previous reviews. Dominical is a great to explore from. The arrangements and communication with Massi was excellent. We used Silvias services a lot too- she was fantastic and I wish she was available for all our holidays!

Great stay. We always felt very safe wherever we went. We did see some wildlife. My kids loved the pool! You can’t beat the views. The location is great; right between Uvita and Manuel Antonio. We loved the local beaches! The road up to the house really was quite easy. We have no complaints. I would book this house again. Thanks!
