The house looks even better when you get inside than it does on the advert. Everything about it just screams quality. The fittings, furniture, glassware, cookware, bedding. Y Cei was beautifully clean, extremely well appointed and, Oh My Word … the view!! We were lucky enough to be able to sit out in the garden a couple of times and the garden furniture is also exceptional quality. Our dogs loved the garden. We had a wonderful 10 days there and if I could give it a higher star rating then I absolutely would. We loved the place and would absolutely recommend it. Our party was 6 adults, a teenager and two Golden Retrievers. The bedrooms were all en-suite and the beds thoughtfully configured for different guest make-ups. Thank you for a fantastic holiday. We would love to go again.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful holiday house on the estuary in Anglesey. The home itself was stunning — spotless, comfortable, and equipped with everything you could possibly wish for. The views over the estuary were breathtaking, changing beautifully with the light throughout the day, and created the perfect backdrop for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Our Labrador was a fan also…loved being sprawled out on the floor with underfloor heating. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations, from the thoughtful touches in the house to the unbeatable location. We genuinely didn’t want to leave! We will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

My goodness, we had seen Y Cei previously on a walk to the beach and thought, we'd love to stay there. So we did and we were not dissapointed! What a beautifully laid out property. The location is to die for with the most amazing views. The quality of the furniture and full equipped with everything you would need. Beautifully decorated and each bedroom having its own bathroom really made the space easy to be in. Totally and utterly loved it, will be booking it again.

This house surpasses all expectations. It is spotlessly clean, comfortable, spacious, well equipped and stylish. The views are stunning outside and the decor has been tastefully done to reflect the colours and textures of the landscape. Excellent location, numerous thoughtful touches and everything you need to feel right at home.

A first rate cottage with everything you could need for a great holiday. The location is beautiful with wonderful walks on the coastal path.

Absolutely perfect for rest and relaxation. Everything is 5 stars, did not want leave and would love to return. Book a stay here and you will not be disappointed, we always come to Anglesey and have stayed in many cottages Y Cei is exceptional.

Our only negative would be that the twin room with mezzanine level in our opinion is only suitable for children as the single bed is built in the walls. Fortunately we were a party of 6 so didn’t need to use that bed.

The property is immaculate, the views are stunning and the location is fantastic. If we weren’t out and about I spent most of my time indoors sitting on a window ledge just watching the estuary and the dunes beyond. If you get a clear night the skies are amazing. It is such a peaceful, relaxing place. We will be back.

Recently refurbished cottage/house in unique position with wonderful views, direct water and beach access. Appointed to the highest standards internally and externally. Best equipped house we have ever stayed in. Generous car parking for easily 6 cars even though it says for 3. Pleasant well maintained quiet village with all you need a short drive away. Would happily and would highly recommend. This is well above average.

We stayed here in August 2024 for a week and we can not fault anything. The house was immaculate and had everything to hand that you needed and the location was amazing. We had two families a total of 8 staying in the house together and there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. There are lots of lovely walk routes that go past the house and the beach is only a short walk away. There is a local shop, tearoom and a pub all within walking distance (unfortunately we could not go test out the pub as it was being refurbed when we were there). We would love to be able to return one day as we have made so many lovely memories whilst staying here. Its a gem of a place.

Fantastic location ,great views etc,great for dogs ,well finished property, minor issue wifi info supplied did not match the router, easily solved. Would rebook for summer , would also book winter break if property had wood burner installed rather than electric fire which didn’t really look great and apparently was for decorative purposes only ,

We had the most wonderful break at Y Cei. All you could possibly want or need was there, the owners have thought of absolutely everything. It was decorated beautifully throughout and felt very luxurious . The big windows with seats had views over the lovely beach and were perfect for people watching with a morning coffee and sea breeze. It was a great base for exploring the south of the Island and was only 10 mins drive away from the beautiful Newborough beach. We will most certainly be back.
