Stayed Jan 1, 1Lovely accommodation in centre of village. Well equipped and comfortable. Plenty of coastal walks and not far from a range of shops and restaurants in nearby Rhosneigr. Good cafe and shop in the village. House has been painted white! Instructions for finding it say it's yellow...a little confusing but otherwise easy to locate.

Stayed Jan 1, 1Is a good location not far from from the beach in aberffraw, super king beds were comfortable really nice soft furnishings ,smart tv in the living room nice kitchen equipment the only problem we had was a leak in the sun room I reported this and we had a very prompt response but the plumber couldn’t find the leak the day after it flooded again it definitely needs a mat at the door in the sun room reported as when the weather is wet it is very slippery, But it is a lovely home with everything you need for a holiday stay .

Stayed Jul 25, 2025Great beach location. Beach is 10 mins away though and not as accesible as we thought. We had some mobility issues with people om the holiday which made this difficult. We ended up doing a lot of travelling. We loved the house and it had all the key aspects for an enjoyable stay.

Stayed Jan 1, 1A lovely week with friends to celebrate my birthday in a lovely spacious house. Well presented and equipped. Nice secure garden for our dog and a lovely small walk down to a stunning beach.Good local pub for a drink and meals. Anglesey has a lot of natural beauty to explore with stunning beaches and friendly locals. The problems we had were dealt with efficiently by the company and I wouldn't hesitate to use the house and the company again. Thanks for letting us use your property.

Stayed Jan 1, 1We stayed here a couple of years ago, and had such a great time we sorted another trip. All the essentials: beach, pub, shop and cafe are all only a few minutes walk, and the house is just right. The king-sized bed is so comfortable, and it's handy having an en-suite and a main bathroom - although we only used the shower in the main bathroom as it's larger. I walked down to the estuary early morning to see the stunning sunrise, and the back garden gets the sun from late morning - it was great for us to sit out in with our doggos. We noted that the things from our previous stay, such as the letterbox that couldn't be closed and the noisy fridge, have both been sorted, and the internet radio was a fab addition too. Llangefni, with a choice of supermarkets and takeaways, is only about a 10 - 15 min drive away too. Such a good spot, you're bound to love it.

Stayed Jan 1, 1We returned to Aberffraw in March after staying here last October. The accommodation suits us very well as it has parking outside the house, a secure garden area and the house is clean, comfortable and has everything you might need. The only thing it lacks for us now that we are growing old (!) is a downstairs loo. Aberffraw has its own personality, not the prettiest Welsh village, but it has a shop/Post Office and the pub Y Goron, now serving meals, in the Square just a stone’s throw from the house and the Llys Llewelyn cafe that does excellent breakfasts, lunches & teas from Wednesday to Sunday just a short walk away. The locals are friendly and welcoming. The views from the bridge looking over the dunes, alongside the estuary Aberffraw and on the breathtaking open spaces of the bay never disappoint. We hope to return for a third visit later this year.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We have been coming to Anglesey as often as possible since our retirement and usually stay either in Beaumaris or near Church Bay so Aberffraw was new to us, quite different from either and we absolutely loved the area. The house on Church Street suited our needs so well. It was very important that our two dogs (spaniels) could be managed easily so that we could all enjoy our holiday. The garden was completely secure with sufficient outside space for them to run around first thing and at bedtime and they were in doggy heaven within a five minute walk from the house, amongst the sand dunes or down by the river. The house has a useful sun room at the back, perfect for managing sandy feet and outdoor clothing. All the floors downstairs are tiled or wooden too so no worries about spoiling carpets. The kitchen had all the expected appliances and inventory so we found everything we needed. The lounge had lots of comfortable seating for recovering from our explorations and we managed to navigate the tv settings via our personal log in details! The upstairs accommodation was equally satisfactory with 3 good sized bedrooms, family bathroom with large walk-in shower and one en suite in the room we chose. The house is in the heart of the village and has no far reaching views from the windows but this was not a problem as you could be in the wide open surroundings in a couple of minutes walk. Also important to us was off road parking at the property. Aberffraw village is not pretty but it had its own charm and people were friendly. Fantastic to find a shop and Post Office round the corner and Y Goron pub recently reopened and gearing up to do meals as well as drinks (October 2024). The Llys Llewelyn kitchen, five minutes walk from the house, did delicious food and local deli items. Excellent value for money and we would happily recommend to others. We had a fantastic stay!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969A very comfortable and warm house in the super little village of Aberffraw on the Isle of Anglesey. Lots of room for ourselves and my parents. The house had everything we needed, including the necessary EV charger. The furnishings in the house are lovely and I liked that it wasn't cluttered with ornaments. Loved the L-shaped sofa too. The community is very friendly and welcoming. The walk down by the water led to a beautiful beach and sea, absolutely gorgeous. We even had the delights of a film crew on one night and got to meet the wonderful Sean Bean!!! Lots to see and do around the area, it's a great part of the world.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Lovely house , very comfortable beds and seating. Very well equipped throughout. Nice little garden to enjoy the sunshine. Great location for beach access with young children. Good base to explore the island Parking with two cars a bit tight ( removal of low wall between gate and garage would allow larger cars to park without overhanging road - just a suggestion)

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We stayed at 40 Church Street Aberffraw for New Year's. The house was well presented, clean and comfortable with everything you may need for an enjoyable stay. Unfortunately we did have a few niggles during our stay. The ensuite shower did not have hot water. The owner struggled to get a plumber over the holidays. The gate bolt was rusted and would not lock shut. The dishwasher was also not working correctly.
