The property has all the comforts of a modern warm home. The hospitality of Charles and Rosemary was outstanding. Charles is an exceptionally skilled potter and his generosity with this added to our holiday.

Owners are very involved with the checkin process, asked many personal questions leading up to the stay and were often on the property without notice during our stay. Some people like this level of attention but we found this a bit much. They also threatened to charge us extra fees which came as a shock. Otherwise they were very helpful to accomodate our little one, and this is a great house and location for a family holiday!

Property was very nice, property manager really friendly and helpfull. Vrbo app being the only issue, as second part payment wasn’t transfered as expected and no notification about this issue fra Vrbo. So we had to handle that at check-in, which could have caused us to lose the booking.

This was a lovely home located close to Nelson’s town centre and bike trails. It was great for the whole family, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The hosts Charles and Rosemary were friendly and welcoming.

Central location, easy to walk into town. Beautifully designed home, with all the benefits of home. Just stunning. The hosts were very sweet and so easy to deal with.
