This home offers space, comfort, warmth and fantastic indoor outdoor flow from separate living, dining areas, great outdoor balcony, gas BBQ, fully equipped kitchen, Free WiFi, off-street parking, peace, privacy and fantastic comfort!

The location is central and it's easy to access Nelson's Tahunanui Beach, Stoke Village, Nelson CBD, World of Wearable Art Museum or make day trips to Mapua, The Abel Tasman, Golden Bay or Nelson Lakes!

This holiday home is perfect for up to 6 guests, with an option to add 2 extra children, making a maximum of 8 guests. Aporo is superbly equipped with every home comfort & convenience provided for you. It will be our pleasure to host you in this wonderful home.

**Special conditions & notes**:

Strictly no party, gatherings or venue use. No Smoking. Pets are not permitted.

Noise restrictions - Neighbourhood quiet rules apply between 10pm and 7:30am. Breach of this rule may result in security callout & venue charges.

Balcony noise - The neighbouring property's bedroom areas are close to the balcony area here so we ask that guests are always considerate in respect of noise here or when the doors to the home are open to the balcony.

Car Parking - Off-street parking is available in the driveway.

**Payment, Bond/Security Deposit and Cancellation**:

- A 30% deposit secures your stay with the balance due 3 weeks prior to your arrival (full payment will be required if booking within 3 weeks of arrival).

- Three weeks prior to your arrival (or immediately if booking within 3 weeks of arrival), you’ll need to provide a card authority for the bond/security deposit via our secure online check in process.

- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks prior to arrival for any reason and you’ll pay no more than 30% of the booking total.

- Where compassionate circumstances for cancellation exist, we’ll be happy to look at further flexibility, usually in the form of postponement of your stay, or a credit towards future stay dates.

- A Rental Agreement document is provided as part of the booking process. Please refer to the agreement for full terms and conditions. :-)

    We really appreciated the opportunity owners gave us to rent their property for four days. Location was very handy to both Stoke and Nelson. Property was spacious, very clean and comfortable and had amazing views off the deck. Would heartily recommend to anyone wishing an enjoyable, relaxing stay in this area

    Very easy check in process. The house is just perfectly equipped with everything you could possibly need on holiday. Almost as good as at home. Hardly any utensil you can imagine is missing in the kitchen. One could bake and cook and create almost as well as at home. Good quality Bosch White-ware so your washing turns out good too. There are games for the kids, Wifi for the older kids and adults, TV & DVD player. Fridge with Ice-Maker and a nice outdoor area to eat and relax. The house is bright and sunny and not far from the hospital which is convenient depending on your purpose of stay. Really positive was that the property manager allowed essentials such as Oil, Vinegar, Marmite, Salt, Pepper, Dishwashing liquid to be left behind from previous visiting parties. It perfectly rounds up the positive experience in that house. There are only 2 negative things we recall: 1. The curtains in the master bedroom are just to prevent people from looking inside . They do not darken the room one little bit. Makes sleeping in the morning very hard. Bed could be a little bigger but that is a minor personal preference. 2. Complicated booking process. Once the house is booked and paid the property manager will contact you froma different email address and request a deposit payment. That is confusing and can easily be overlooked in the spam folder. Non payment makes the booking void and can then lead to disappointment. This should be a one step process at the initial booking. Overall this is a very nice house with views over the ocean and airport. Extremely well equipped and well looked after. House is clean and linen with towels provided!. We would book it again.
