Sea Quest Apartment is less than 10minutes from the Airport and only 3 minutes drive to the City Centre or beautiful Tahunanui Beach. This apartment offers 2 secure off-street car parks, secure internal entry, elevator access and is within easy walking distance of cafes, restaurants, the city or the beach. It also offers fantastic access to all of Nelson's most popular attractions.

**Special conditions & notes**:

- Strictly no party, gatherings or venue use. No smoking inside or on balconies. No laundry on balconies. No pets. Our General Terms & Conditions and the Building's standard Body Corporate & House Rules apply.

- Car parking - dedicated secure garaging is provided for up to 2 standard vehicles. Max. vehicle height for entry to the garage is 2m.

- Elevator access - easy elevator access is provided.

- Portacot & high-chair hire are available $30 each.

- Noise in the area - The waterfront road is busy & all properties within this area are subject to some road & port noise. The apartment is elevated & has been well insulated & double glazed for your comfort.

- Security cameras - for Safety & security, cameras operate in common areas of the building.

**Payment, Bond/Security Deposit and Cancellation**:

- A 30% deposit secures your stay with the balance due 3 weeks prior to your arrival (full payment will be required if booking within 3 weeks of arrival).

- Three weeks prior to your arrival (or immediately if booking within 3 weeks of arrival), you’ll need to provide a card authority for the bond/security deposit via our secure online check in process.

- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks prior to arrival for any reason and you’ll pay no more than 30% of the booking total.

- Where compassionate circumstances for cancellation exist, we’ll be happy to look at further flexibility, usually in the form of postponement of your stay, or a credit towards future stay dates.

- A Rental Agreement document is provided as part of the booking process. Please refer to the agreement for full terms and conditions. :-)

    This was a fabulous place to stay. However, we believed from the pictures that there was not a busy road between us and the beach, other than that we loved it.

    Upon arrival we had to wait in carpark for 20 min till we meet up with property manager, had a van which didn’t fit under the garage we thought was under 2 meters but wasn’t. So an inconvenience when told we would have to park up the road. But we ended up getting another rental. The room when we got into it had a repulsive smell coming from the insinkerator which obviously cleaners overlooked with along side other cleaning issues , toilets , dust. Tv screen looked like it had food smeared over it! Doesn’t give you confidence in a covid world that things have been cleaned to a high standard. But the complaint of the insinkerator was taken care off in a timely manner. But the other stuff wasn’t . The manager had a intolerance to having complaints so he tried to go through and pin point anything he could to try and put a bill on us for when my husband brought food into the building entrance way that he accidentally drop the Aioli pot, so a minimal amount of stuff was spilt on the carpet. I mean who has someone go through cctv footage to find a food stain. So when I had things to say he pinpointed this fact with no warning! no intention to say anything about it sooner. Just said he should have cleaned it up ! which my husband was going back down to do but just forgot . If there was an issue brought to our attention we would have been obliging to clean. there was nothing intentional done but he said that because he didn’t go down straight away that he had to get a outside cleaning company in to come and clean. Do you not think that this is covered by the amount you pay in your stay and all body corporate, and they have there own cleaners so why would You bring in outside cleaners. So to my delight they charged us a xtra bill for a 20 cent piece of spilt Aoli on the front entrance of the building. For over $200 dollars of daylight robbery. The building where the room is situated is right across the road from ports so can be very noisy when they are working and they go 24 hours. Also the view from is partially obstructed right in front of room with a concrete Siloh. But can’t complain about the rest of the surrounding view , just lovely. Highlights of the stay , bed was comfortable , two bathrooms, lovely amount of room for family and also the views you can see was lovely to sit on the deck and enjoy. Just wish the manager was more understanding to incidentals that were not done on intention.
