This Home can accommodate 4 guests and is in a great location to begin your adventure. This townhouse has easy access to the freeway or downtown area within minutes. We have furnished the home with comfortable furnishings that blend nicely with the architecture and encourage relaxation. Everything that you might need for a pleasant stay has been provided.
This unit is a two story
The living room is furnished with a white leather sectional and accent chair for encouraged relaxation and piano. You can also watch movies on a smart TV with Blu-ray player, Netflix or stream your favorite movies via our free Wi-Fi, now it’s time to relax and enjoy. The dining room is open to the kitchen area with a secretary desk. The kitchen is fully stocked with spices/herbs, cookware and dinnerware everything you may need is provided. Just grab your groceries and you’re set to prepare your favorite home cooked meals. There is a laundry facility in the unit and we supply basic laundering supplies.
The upper level has one king size bedroom and onequeen size bedroom equipped with nice bedding and linens, two nightstands with lamps, a dresser and large closets. The bathroom is commonly shared and our bathrooms have a full supply of fine bath linens, body soap, shampoo, condition, and liquid hand soap/lotion, hand held shower heads and hair dryers for the convenience of our guests.
Close to shopping, restaurants and all of the attractions that the Yakima Valley has to offer. Nice private patio. Off street pad for parking.

Stayed Nov 10, 2023The neighborhood felt safe. It was a quiet, clean, well-appointed unit with an easy check-in and check-out process. The unit was also well lit as needed on the outside which was important since I tend to come and go during dark hours. The property managers were quickly responsive and very pleasant when I called about the door locking system which is smarter than me. I couldn't have been happier with my six day stay in this rental.

Stayed Oct 29, 2019Coming back home but didn't want to inconvenience family so the wife and I decided to get a rental for 2 weeks. The home is top notch. Check-in was a breeze. Dale & Debbie welcomed us with a nice bottle of wine. They had easy and simple instructions and suggestions for everything around us. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Also great and safe to walk or jog around in the morning. The kitchen was well stocked. Neighbors were friendly when we ran into them. Would definitely would rent again.

Stayed Jun 20, 2019The condo was everything as advertised. Very clean and well maintained. Comfy beds and more than enough towels and such. The bottle of wine was a nice touch. The only hiccup was the door entry code. It can be very fussy and sometimes takes several attempts to open. Super value and everything Yakima is within a 20 min drive. Would highly recommend.
