Carriage House Apartment + Loft

My two friends and I came here on a little staycation weekend away from the kids and it was perfect! It’s so cute and cozy, it’s also super clean. There was enough room for us to spread out all our craft supplies and make vision boards while watching movies in the main area. Having a full sized fridge was also great because we brought some meals and went out for others. The bathroom was also really nice with an awesome heated floor that we all really enjoyed. We would love to come back for another girls trip!

We loved our stay here. The property was just lovely and historical. The yard was perfect for my toddler granddaughter to adventure in. We enjoyed walking around the old neighborhood and going to Randall Park.

The Carriage House was as represented on VRBO. I felt safe and comfortable the whole time. Very nice deck for morning coffee, yoga, meditation and large, beautiful trees surrounding the property. I felt like I had my privacy. Parking was easy. Everything was thought of - from coffee making to hot plate, well equipped kitchen, easy wi-fi access, TV, even a heated bathroom floor. I will come and stay again when visiting Yakima.

Quiet, clean, great location. What more could you want? Our stay was short and we wished we could have stayed longer. The grounds surrounding this apartment are beautiful and peaceful. The apartment was clean and cozy. It had everything we needed. The hostess responded quickly and kept us informed before our check in. We will definitely be booking again. It was a cozy comfy to back to and relax with a blanket from being busy with our son basketball tournament. It is so peaceful with the birds chirping , shade to sit outside and the pound is beautiful and the landscape as well. Also appreciated it was gated around the property. Great place to stay. Very clean and many thoughtful extras. The bed was so comfortable. I have shared this gem with all of my colleagues as THE place to stay in Yakima. Priced well, zero problems - easy straight forward instructions and excellent communication from hosts.

This was the perfect spot to stay in Yakima. Close to anywhere you need to get without being to crowded. It’s in a nice neighborhood and a beautiful property. The apartment itself was very clean and very cozy. I will be looking to book this place the next time I’m in Yakima.

The Carriage house was a lovely and relaxing retreat! We stayed during a weekend wedding in Naches, and it was perfect. A 20-min cab ride from the venue, and close to pretty much everything in Yakima. The surrounding grounds were beautiful as well. Great communication from the owners as well. Thank you so much!

Four nights. The apartment is shining clean, well-appointed and furnished. The building is set in a beautiful, well-maintained, tree-shaded lot with ample outdoor seating. We will make it our transient home when visiting Yakima again, and heartily recommend it to friend. Now, the However . . . There are 16 steps to climb to the patio and door. My wife and I are advanced in years, but because we are healthy and strong for our ages, we had no problems negotiating the steps, even bearing luggage. Those less blessed may well have problems.
