Stayed May 30, 2025This apartment was perfect for our family. We appreciated the cleanliness & small details to make us feel at home. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, the washer & dyer was helpful, and there was plenty of towels for my teenagers to burn through. The location was great with many restaurants within walking distance. We really liked Thai House, the food was delicious. Communication with the property manager was excellent. We will be back!

Stayed May 8, 2025We had an amazing experience at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The private entrance and secure building made us feel safe and comfortable, and the convenience of free parking was such a bonus.The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of downtown Yakima. We loved being able to walk everywhere, and Crafted, (with a James Beard-nominated chef) just across the street. (Pro tip: make your reservation early—it’s worth it!)The space itself was spotless, stylish, and incredibly well-maintained. It had everything we needed and more. Ben, the host, was outstanding—so helpful, responsive, and communicative throughout our stay. You can really tell he cares about his guests' experience.If you're coming to Yakima, do yourself a favor and stay here. We can’t wait to come back!
