The Space:

Welcome to your Okoboji lake getaway,tucked away on the peaceful Millers Bay Canals of West Lake Okoboji in Wahpeton. This spacious family home is all about enjoying the simple things, mornings by the water, afternoons on the lake, and evenings gathered around the fire.



The private dock is the heart of the home, giving guests the freedom to bring their boat or jet ski and make the most of lake life. Spend the day exploring West Lake Okoboji, cruise across the water to Arnold’s Park, head out for dinner at one of the nearby waterfront spots, or simply relax by the canal and watch the boats go by.



The home offers three comfortable bedrooms:

The master bedroom features a king bed and beautiful views over the water

The second bedroom has a queen bed and private half bathroom

The third bedroom has a queen bed

The main bathroom sits between the two queen bedrooms and includes a bathtub with shower



The large eat-in kitchen is well equipped for family meals, slow breakfasts, and everything in between. Enjoy your morning coffee from the Nespresso machine on the outdoor patio, fire up the BBQ for dinner, or finish the day around the fire pit overlooking the water.



Whether you’re visiting Okoboji in summer for boating, swimming, and kayaking, or in winter for ice fishing and skating, this is a home made for slowing down and spending quality time together.



Guest Access:

There is a locked box at the property and the code will be given on the morning of arrival.

Parking for two cars is available on the driveway and one car in the garage.

Feel free to bring your boat. There is no boat hoist but you can tie your boat to the dock as the water remains lovely and calm in the canals.



The Neighborhood:

Located on Kansas Ave, Wahpeton in the Miller’s Bay canals by West Lake.

You’ll enjoy the bike/walking trails, direct lake access and being able to walk the national park area and lakeside trails. You will find maps and more information about places to eat and things to do in the area inside the cottage in the local Okoboji magazine.



Other Things to Note:

**IMPORTANT** This property has no fencing between the house and the water so young children must be watched closely at all times. The house is not set up for children under the age of 6. We suggest that this is not a suitable house for those with very young children.

**Strictly NO smoking or vaping anywhere at the property and NO parties. Immediate eviction and fines for anybody breaching these rules.

Must be 25 years of age to book.

All bed linen and towels are included but please bring your own beach towels.



A 25% deposit is required upon booking confirmation, which includes a non-refundable $30 payment processing fee. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your stay.



A pre-check-in form must be completed before arrival, which includes confirming your booking details and agreeing to our terms and conditions. Pricing reflects the number of guests included in your booking. If your guest numbers change, please let us know as soon as possible, as additional charges may apply for additional guests.
