Perfect little property to get out of the heat

I truly enjoyed my stay. It was a very cute apartment in a quiet building. The owners were very sweet and had great at communication. I will definitely look to stay here again and i will also recomend to others.

It was adequate in meeting our needs. Living room was comfortable. Would have liked lined or heavier curtains for a feeling of more privacy especially in bedroom. Sink in bathroom was too small to do anything in. Everything else was good.

The entire unit was exceptionally clean and extremely comfortable. Had all the amenities of a home away from home. The only negative was the 20 plus Lady Bugs that decided the bedroom ceiling was the place to be during the cool evenings.

Great place for a couple on a weekend away.

I had easy access to the places I wanted to go visit. Conve Nience is very important to me. The property had everything I needed to enjoy my time away from home.

This was perfect for a few day's stay for me and my mom. The apartment was super cute and well furnished. If I could give it a sixth star for having ice cube trays, I would! Nice, quiet location and central to both Spencer and The Lakes. We'll have to book this place again.

This is a great place to stay. It was very clean and nicely decorated. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and you could get to the lakes in minutes. Would highly recommend.

The check in was easy and directions were clear. The spot was cute and comfy, and even included a sound machine. We didn't use the kitchen at all so can't attest to that.

Host provided all the necessary information prior to my arrival for a smooth and seamless check-in. She promptly answered any messages I sent. Although I didn’t do much cooking, the kitchen was well equipped in case I needed to. Lovely place to stay!

Full kitchen facilities, room for friends to visit, comfortable bed, small bathroom.

Very understanding of last minute update in dates without additional fees. Only issue was the Air Conditioner was new and was not operating properly, when we called we were met with some resistance and disbelief at first. The next day a gentleman did arrive and confirm that it was not operating and it was repaired quinckly.

We had a great time here! When we had a question they were quick to reply and figured things out in a very timely manner. Highly recommended staying here!

Needed place to sleep while I spent time enjoying the abundant outdoor recreation activities the Iowa Great Lakes have to offer. Place was everything I needed it to be. Very reasonably priced and not too far away from the action.

Beautiful 1 bedroom apartment, very comfortable and near numerous attractions and lakes for fishing and boating. would gladly stay there again when I am in the area.
