Clean functional close perfect for what I needed

Was exactly what we needed for a long weekend!

Perfect little apartment. It was just what we needed. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. We would stay again!

This was the cleanest place I have ever stayed. I had some trouble with the VRBO website, but the owners were very accommodating for me. The furnishings were really comfortable. The only thing I missed was a robe hook in the bathroom.

The apartment we stayed at was very clean and homey! The decorations were very cute and the bed and couch were comfortable! It was perfect for our stay while my husband was working out of state there! All the supplies you would need for a stay were there. The only thing I would say is, if you sleep with a fan, bring one. It gets very quiet at night and you can hear every foot step the neighbors make and I couldn’t find a fan there. This is no way the owners fault. we enjoyed are stay there and would definitely would book again.

Clean and quiet. Access to Netflix and Amazon with a personal account. Easy to contact owner, personal touches (welcome snacks, Keurig coffee maker, sleep sound machine). Could not be happier with the place!

Great host and location if you are visiting the Iowa Great Lakes. We enjoyed our stay. Check in and check out was very easy. Having a smart TV where you can cast your own programs to with good Internet is a real plus when you are traveling.

Perfect little spot close to the lakes with suitable parking for boat trailers. My apartment is very well made up and clean and includes all of the amenities you need for an enjoyable stay.

We loved our stay in Milford. It was in a perfect, quiet neighborhood outside of busy Okoboji. Very close to state parks and a short drive to anything in the city of Okoboji. Good location, clean, spacious, comfortable bed, and easy check in and check out. We would definitely stay again!

My husband and I wanted to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary somewhere we had never been to: Arnold's Park. We decided to stay close to the area so we chose Milford. Our hosts were very easy to communicate with and the neigborhood was very homey. We had a wonderful time and woukd recommend the area for anyone to stay. We will be going back again.

The property was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The host was very quick to help us when we had trouble getting in. We extended our stay one day very easily. Would stay here again.

Great property

the apartment is adorable and so very clean! I enjoyed the place very much. The only issue I had is the person upstairs always had their TV on loud until late at night and very early in the morning. Other than that I would give you an excellent rating!Thank you!

This was my 2nd time staying here and I just love it! So clean and cozy. The mattress is comfy and all the little extras like coffee, ice cubes, and a fan make the space cozy. Will be back again!
