Stayed Sep 25, 2024Property was spotless. Location is great near all activities such as Bolt Castle, downtown shopping and restaurants, Eisenhower locks and Kingston Canada. Busy the whole time there. Nice having your boat in the backyard. Will be back.

Stayed Jun 19, 2024Great place to stay that is close to everything. We had two bass boats and the dock worked out great for us. There isnt enough parking for trailers, but owners offered nice secluded parking for them not too far away and we had no issues keeping them their during our trip. The drug store directly across the street was super convenient, as they carried a great variety of needed things. I highly recommend this property

Stayed Jun 3, 2024Annual fishing trip to Canada BUT one of us lost their passport last minute. This property had an opening and the host was able to fit us in. The host was very accommodating with information about the place, boat launching etc. Excellent communications and a pretty good looking place.

Stayed Jul 15, 2023This property is an Alex Bay gem. Comfortable, clean and affordable. When we checked in there was an issue with the refrigerator. The owner Joel and his housekeeper DJ were right on it. It took a couple days to resolve. Joel reached out everyday to make sure we had everything we needed. We loved having a dock for our boat and easy access to the main channel. Sunsets were amazing. The large deck was our main hangout spot. The kitchen had all the appliances and gadgets you need. The beds were comfortable which is very important to me when reviewing a property. We didn't realize the bed in the downstairs bedroom opened into a queen bed. My partner's 6' 5 son slept in it for 3 nights. Oops. I can't give this property and it's owner, Joel enough stars. Thank you!

Stayed Jul 8, 2023The house is great. This is the second time we have stayed at this house and really enjoyed ourselves again. This experience was not as good as our first. I believe that there may have been a change in ownership, which was noticeable.

Stayed Oct 1, 2021the picture really is deceiving. you can't even see the house from the road. you can't get to the backyard except thru the house. ice maker didn't work. It does have a great dock for fishing. Overall ok

Stayed Sep 23, 2021The place was great for our annual fishing outing. The house is neat and clean. Plenty of room. Nice area to play cards inside and out. There is a new dock for the boat with a handrail on the sloping ramp to the dock.
