Walk To Seabright Beach, The Santa Cruz Boardwalk And Yacht Harbor!

Amazing place to stay near Santa Cruz Beach boardwalk simple walk to beach great host excellent place I highly recommend it!

The property includes everything needed for a great vacation. It was clean, very tastefully decorated, and in a great location. Having two assigned parking places is an added bonus. We did not do any cooking besides heating takeout but the kitchen is well equipped. Communication with the owner was easy and timely. We had a very enjoyable six night stay.

Beautiful and clean condo. Lots of fun stuff for the kids and tons of books for adults. The decor is gorgeous and the plants are a nice addition. There's a wagon and small cooler for the beach, as well as boogie boards, sand boards, and tangled This is a middle property with other residents on each side. Check in and parking was easy. The master bed was so uncomfortable and hard I didn't sleep much at all the first night. The kitchen is so tiny the fridge and the dishwasher cannot be opened at the same time. There's only half curtains in the east facing living room so you'll get blasted with the sun in your eyes in the morning.

Clean and close to places to eat and enjoy the beach. Great parking and peaceful neighborhood. Host was helpful and responsive.

Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of towels for the home and the beach. Excellent location for walking to local sights. Quiet street. Easy parking. Would rent again!

Everything was super easy and it is in a great location. We especially enjoyed the cruiser bikes!

Great place to stay and I hope to return! Parking easily available on street and assigned parking available if needed. Everything we needed in the property for eating/drinking. Nice porch for morning coffee and enjoying the fresh air. Nice living room with fresh air and TV if you wanted. Good hangout space. Bedrooms were well appointed with comfy beds and good access to bathrooms. Everything was clean and lots of supplies/towels. Communicating with the host was easy and we received all the needed information without issue.

The property was welcoming. The home was very clean throughout. Kitchen essentials were available and well organized. We were within walking distance to the Sea Bright beach area. Our boys were thrilled they could walk or ride the bikes to the Boardwalk. It was only a short drive to downtown Santa Cruz. We would definitely stay at the townhouse again. We will have lasting memories of our visit. Thanks

Fantastic Beach house. We loved that everywhere was walkable: the beach, the neighborhood restaurants. Great layout with 2 bedrooms downstairs and a loft upstairs. Worked well with our family. We were able to walk to the Santa Cruz Boardwalk and avoid paying for parking. Thanks so much for letting us stay.

This was a great layout for us. The kids loved the upstairs room. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a day at the beach. Walking to Seabright Beach in the evening was wonderful. We were able to walk back-and-forth to the boardwalk easily.

We loved our stay. The home was spacious as welcoming. Lots of great info about local sites to visit and everything a family could need for a great vacation.
