The property was well equipped. Proximity to Easton Beach was ideal for us. Instructions were clear. Communication with host was easy with prompt replies. Would stay there again.

We had a great stay. The property was in a perfect location, close to everything! The house set up was also perfect for our group, everyone had their own space, but we could be together in the common spaces. The backyard was a great space and very well maintained. We would definitely stay again.

We were so pleased with the accomodations and proximity to everything we needed to access on our get away. The host was very responsive and kind. We chose the winter for our visit but would love to return in better weather.

Perfect place for us while we were visiting our children at St George’s. Communication with host was seamless as was check in/check out process. Windy weather lead to brief power outages but did not have any issues when it returned a few hours later. House is spacious and clean. Will definitely stay here again!

The home was just as it appeared in the photos. Simple but cozy. The house was stocked with just about everything a person would need to use. The one thing we lacked was a working hair dryer. There was a hair dryer, but it did not work.

The house fit our family comfortably. We had everything we needed and enjoyed being within walking distance to the beach and cliff walk!

It was a wonderful location and had everything we needed for a girl's getaway. Very nice to be able to walk to the beaches, friendly neighbors, plenty of space. Newport is so lovely!I must warn you, though, that the Clue puzzle is missing a piece.

Host was very friendly and made the check in smooth. House was beautiful and really close to the beach.

Very nice place close to the beach. 3 nice bedrooms, however one mattress in one of them wasn’t very comfortable (smaller room with seaview).Many amenities to enjoy, however it would have been nice to have wine glasses, salad spinner and placemats. All the rest was perfect, we enjoyed it very much! Thanks a lot

This was a great house! Perfect location to (Easton’s) First Beach. Well appointed and comfortable. Our dogs had a great time too. A very nice house all around will definitely go back.

Clean home with everything you need for a beach weekend. Perfect walking location. Backyard with views to the water was a great place to hang as well.

This was a wonderful spacious home for our group of five. It's well appointed with everything you need. Just minutes from the beach and a fantastic base for making the most of the sights of Newport. A successful getaway to Newport at Christmas! Morning walks to the nearby beach and convenient couple minute drive to everything else. Home was great in all ways! Wonderful host!

This is the perfect location to explore Newport. The property is settled in a seaside neighborhood and just a short drive away from downtown Newport and beautiful beaches. The kitchen, living room, and backyard are all perfect for spending time with loved ones! We loved our stay here!

The house was even better than described. Very spacious and had everything we needed. Stayed for 4 nights with our 2 year old. Owner was so nice and provided a gate for the top of the stairs. Very child friendly. We didn’t use the basement but the room, bathroom, and space down there was gorgeous. Location is perfect. Very close to Newport but far enough away where it’s still nice and quiet and you have parking. Highly recommend and we will stay again!

This house was amazing. The location was so convenient, an easy five minute walk to the beach. Restaurants within walking distance. The house was so clean, so much room to spread out, had everything you could think of. The fenced in yard gave privacy and security for my dogs. Truly a well thought out design of a house. The kitchen is large as well with table and chairs as well as dining room with plenty of room in living room to be gathered around. Thank you!

Our group really enjoyed staying at the house. The host was very responsive, the home was clean, and there was a lot of space. The backyard was a nice space to relax as we had some great weather for the end of September. I would highly recommend this home!

Easy navigation to all the wedding festivities. No sugar packets left—-just artificial sweeteners Little warm in downstairs area ,small fan just didn’t cut it.. Wonderful backyard area! Overall was a positive experience

Close enough but away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Newport, this location offers great beach access and is close to the trails of Sachuset Point. Local amenities accessible by foot. Would definitely stay here again! Kitchen well stocked with necessary dishware which we always appreciate. Nice yard too!

The location is perfect! It was easy to get around, it’s close to the beach and to restaurants! The property was lovely and the house decor was charming. We had a lovely time and really enjoyed our stay.
