Walk to Ocean: Coastal Surfside Beach Bungalow!

The house is nice, however, there wasn’t any soap for the showers so we used liquid hand soap that was at the sink. The cookware was in horrible condition and not one sharp knife in the place. There was plenty of pillows, which I liked, and blankets.

We loved it, perfect set up, and the beach had good water to swim and fish.

Our stay was good. I just wish it had a dishwasher.

5 Stars ?????We recently stayed at this amazing rental through Evolve, and it was perfect for our group—two families plus friends. From start to finish, the experience was seamless. Check-in and check-out were super easy, and the house was well-stocked with thoughtful touches that made a big difference—especially the welcome snacks, which the kids loved!The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach and only about an hour from the Galveston Pleasure Pier, which made for a great day trip. We also appreciated being so close to a major grocery store, which made stocking up on essentials a breeze.Inside, the house was cool and comfortable thanks to excellent air conditioning (a must in the Texas heat!), and there were plenty of cozy spots to relax, both inside and out. The kids and adults alike enjoyed the included games and movies—plenty of entertainment for everyone.We had such a great time that we’re already planning to make this an annual tradition. Highly recommend this home for families or groups looking for a fun, easy, and relaxing getaway near the beach!

This little beach bungalow was perfect for my wife and I along with our 2 teens and 2 of their friends. The Host Mrs. Lisa reached out before we arrived to welcome us with some helpful information regarding her home and was nice enough to let our kids use her beach boards and toys while we were out enjoying the water. Her home was cozy and the neighborhood was peaceful with friendly people all around. Great way to start the first weekend of summer. I Will definitely look for this place next time we can visit Surfside in the future. Thank you again Mrs. Lisa for letting us rent your place! My family and I definitely had a wonderful stay!

We had a great time. House is just like the photos. Plenty of room for our group of 7. We cooked breakfast each morning and walked to the beach. A few cute and fun restaurants really close by. No complaints. Thanks for the great stay!

Cute beach house, clean, easy check in & check out. About a block from beach access & maybe another 5 min walk on the beach to a restaurant with outdoor seating by the ocean.

Very close to the beach and such a great location! The house is a little outdated if you care about that stuff but for the price it was well worth it with how close it was to the beach! (2 min walk). I can also say that the home owner went above and beyond as I told her we were coming down for my birthday and she surprised me with some sweet treats and decorations. Overall it was a great experience!
