Stayed Sep 16, 2025Ryan was on top of everything: responded to requests in a timely manner. The house was very clean and the area nice and peaceful. Beautiful walk to the beach. Parking would be tight if you drive a large vehicle, but that’s not in the host’s control.

Stayed Aug 2, 2025We had an excellent stay in Middletown. The home was in great condition. It was an easy 10 minute walk to the beach and we used the beach cart at the house. The AC kept the house cool and it was quiet at night. We had a quick question for Ryan and he responded quickly.

Stayed Sep 24, 2024This is a very nice, cozy home. Super convenient to everything and in a nice development. Furnishings are nice, comfortable and home very clean. Communication with owner very good. Just, FYI - the mattresses I believe are the “Casper” type and thus quite soft.

Stayed Jun 17, 2024We stayed for the week with our 8 and 6 year olds while my husband worked remotely from the house. The location was exactly what we were looking for. Easy walk to first beach, fun to ride bikes around the neighborhood, and quick drive to Newport or second beach. The only issue we had was with the beds not being very supportive. If you're a side sleeper or have back issues, you might want to consider staying somewhere else. Other than that, we had a wonderful week!
