Walk to beach, 4BR, 2 full BA home, fenced yrd, covered porch

It was a great house in a super location.

The home was perfect for our annual girl’s weekend. The home was clean and well equipped. We loved the location and its proximity to Newport, Providence, and Boston!

Ample space for friends and family, beautiful fenced in backyard with ocean views. Safe neighborhood where we ran and roller skated. Host was communicative and prompt. Would absolutely come back!

Wonderful house, we had plenty of space I actually think the photos don’t do it justice. Location was super convenient and the check in and check out process was very smooth!

Unaware, until i opened the door that the staircase leading to the lower level was just a few steps away. I had my 2 granddaughters with me. It could have been a real safety issue. There was nothing in the information binder about where to find the net that went across the stair opening, finally found it underneath something on one of the shelves in one of the closets. Beds were comfortable and the location to the beach was great. Oven/stove is old - left front burner did not work at all and the handle to the oven was hanging off on the right side. Everything was clean and the property manager was very responsive and helpful.

Great house with plenty of space for 8 guests. We enjoyed the backyard. The upstairs bathroom shower was not draining properly, although, we let the host know so hopefully that gets resolved for the next groups.

We had a perfect stay in Middletown for the week. My husband and I were there with both of our mothers and our two young daughters. The house had plenty of space for all of us and could have accommodated a few more people, if needed. The house was very clean and well-maintained. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at the house. Its so well laid out, appointed with lovely decor and was clean. The kitchen was a great spot where we spent out meals, and the back deck was used every morning for coffee and the last place we all hung out at the end of the day.

Everything was fantastic. We'd come back again!

We traveled to Newport for my son's wedding. The house was a perfect accommodation for 8 of us. The walk to the beach was easy. We were able to relax, grill out and sit on the back porch to catch up with each other before the busy wedding day. We had a wonderful time in this house!The only complaint we had - and this is small - is the the pillows on the beds were pretty flat. Bring your own pillow if that is feasible. Otherwise, the features in the home were everything that we needed.

We had a great stay! Property is walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Great entertainment home with games and beach items. Very spacious and accommodating.

Worked well for 4 generations in town to attend a wedding. Power went out in the area for a few hours in the late afternoon on Saturday while we got ready but we all made it on time.

Very satisfied with everything at the house. Check-in/out was easy. I was in the area for my wedding and was staying here with 8 people total - plenty of room for all of us, and good value compared to nearby hotels. If I could make one suggestion, shampoo and conditioner or dispensers for those would be a nice thing to add to the bathrooms.

The home was a perfect location for our family attending Salve Regina University’s Commencement Weekend. The house is bigger than it appears from the pictures. It was immaculate and stocked with cooking basics, spices, tea bags and coffee pods. Walking distance to restaurants and the beach. The manager of the property reached out to me days before we were do to arrive to answer last minute questions and was great to work with!

The house was perfect. Very well maintained and clean. I would stay there again.

Check-in process went smoothly and house was as pictured. The host had a binder full of info from how to use certain appliances in the house to day trip ideas! Such a helpful binder :) the house is a quick walk to the beach and small downtown area. Would definitely book again!

House is lovely - in a great location - walkable to Eastons beach - close enough to Newport without dealing with hustle and bustle - covered back deck was great to relax - fully stocked Kitchen - we did encounter a few problems - the property manager was quick to respond - would highly recommend!

Perfect for navy graduation

Home super convenient! We are walkers - cliff walk down the street, walk to town 1.5 miles. Away from the hustle and bustle and enjoyed being so close to water. House very charming and clean ?

Very inviting cottage, light& bright. well appointed & well stocked with many amenities & pantry basics. Much larger inside than appears. Great separate downstairs with 2 bedrooms, full bathroom & living room. House has great beach vibe & well stocked for fun in the yard or at the beach.wonderful covered porch with peek a boo view of the ocean & mansions. Short 5 minute walk to beach, & restaurants.look forward to staying again
