Located in the heart of Wickford Village, one of Rhode Island’s most desirable coastal communities. Walk to quaint shops, coffee spots, art galleries, marinas, and waterfront restaurants. The neighborhood is historic, charming, and perfect for strolling. Just a short drive to Newport’s famous mansions and Cliff Walk, Narragansett’s beautiful beaches, local wineries and breweries, and downtown Providence.

Guests will have full, private access to the entire home during their stay, with the exception of the basement and one closet, which is locked and not accessible. All living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and the fully equipped kitchen are available for guest use. Guests may enjoy the waterfront deck with outdoor seating, use of the grill, and an outdoor shower as well as access to the private dock; boating is not permitted. Kayaks are provided for guest enjoyment and are used at your own risk. The home also includes complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, basic toiletries, fresh pillows, blankets, and bedding, as well as coffee, tea, and basic cooking spices to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay.

The front entry opens into a bright and spacious living room filled with natural light from large windows. Just off the entryway to the right, you’ll find a cozy library—perfect for relaxing with a good book.

Continue through the living room into a large dining area with a table that comfortably seats your entire group. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay, from cookware to coffee to get your mornings started.

Just beyond the kitchen is a full bathroom with a stand-up shower. Nearby, you’ll find a bonus sleeping area with bunk beds, ideal for kids or additional guests. On the opposite side, there is a first-floor bedroom featuring a full-size bed, closet, and dresser for guests use.

Upstairs, you’ll find two additional spacious bedrooms. One features a queen-size bed with a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a king-size bed and a large ensuite with a jetted tub and stand-up shower—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the upstairs for guests to use.

Just off the dining room, two beautiful double sliding doors lead out to an expansive deck overlooking Wickford Village, with views of local shops, restaurants, and the water. Guests are welcome to enjoy the grill and fire table for outdoor dining and relaxation.

For a more adventurous day, take advantage of the kayaks and explore Wickford Cove, or paddle over to North Kingstown Town Beach.

Local transportation options are convenient and flexible. Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area for easy trips. The North Kingstown (Wickford Junction) Train Station is a short drive away and offers Amtrak and MBTA commuter rail service, providing direct access to Providence, Boston, and connections south to New York City, making day trips simple and stress-free. For guests that need to rental a vehicle, car rental services are available nearby in North Kingstown, offering an easy option for exploring Newport, Narragansett, wineries, and the rest of Rhode Island at your own pace.


This is a pet-free and smoke-free property. Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere inside the home, and recreational drugs are strictly prohibited. For an enhanced stay, we recommend walking to Wickford Village to explore its charming shops, waterfront dining, and coffee spots—early mornings and evenings are especially peaceful. Newport’s mansions and Cliff Walk make a perfect day trip, while Narragansett’s beaches are great for sunny afternoons. Enjoy sunset paddles from the dock and take advantage of local wineries and breweries nearby for a true Rhode Island coastal experience.
