Stayed Aug 29, 2025Cute cottage. Water views from every window. Nicely decorated and coffee/water/snacks appreciated. Would suggest adding an iron.

Stayed Jul 28, 2025We wanted to explore Rhode Island since we've never been and found this VRBO to be a very cute and comfortable place for us and our two kids (5&10). Having a private beach right next door was awesome. There was a heat wave for a couple days so not having a window AC unit in the master bedroom made it a bit uncomfortable but once the outside temp got back to normal the room was fine. The two single beds in the loft area worked great for our kids. Also, check-in and check-out couldn't have been easier. Thanks so much! Will be telling others of this place.

Stayed Aug 4, 2023House was adorable and very comfortable! Walk to private beach and close drive to Newport, etc. Parking was a bit tight and close to neighbors but you will not be disappointed! Will be back again!
