The home comes with 3 large bedrooms, 3 separate living areas, gourmet kitchen, decks, beautifully landscaped garden courtyard, and breathtaking views! If you'd like to add use of the hot tub, let us know that upon booking.

Jess is just around the corner and never more than a text or message away. We'll keep a close eye on the comings and goings in the house to make sure the property remains in excellent shape, but we'll also respect your privacy and will stay out of your way unless you need something.

This is a quiet neighborhood. Please drive slowly through it, and respect our quiet hours, from 9PM to 7AM. Please keep outdoor conversations in the evenings to a respectfully appropriate volume level, understanding that voices carry surprisingly well out here in the hills.

You get this entire, breath-taking place all to yourselves! We keep two bedrooms and one garage locked off for owner's private use, but those spaces will be unoccupied during your stay. An oversized, two-car garage is at your disposal for parking cars and outdoor gear in. Thanks in advance for not bringing bikes or skis of any kind into the house, but availing yourselves of the ample, locked garage-space available.
The home boasts multiple decks and a gorgeous courtyard so you have ample choices of where to sit outside and enjoy the views and the amazing weather. There is a gas grill available for your use as well.
Please note that the main house includes 3 bedrooms (king master, 1 queen, 1 double bed, plus a pull-out couch in the ground-level living area). This can only accommodate up to 8 guests at a maximum.
This spacious home has several separate living areas, including 2 main-level living rooms, one ground-floor living room with ping pong table, a gorgeous courtyard and 2 large patio/deck spaces.
Unless you request otherwise in advance of your stay, the heat will be set at 72 degrees in the winter. With in-floor radiant heat, it takes hours for the temperature to go up or down, and the setting is locked at this selected temperature. We find it to be the most comfortable for the most folks, but if you have a different preference, please let us know a few days in advance of your stay, and we'll adjust the heat accordingly prior to your arrival.

You can bike into town quite easily, and if you're stout enough, you can bike back up to the house. Or if you want a lift, give the local taxi a call--they have bike racks!
