Very Nice Place. Plenty of room for everyone.

kitchen well supplied and clean, garage and parking were great , close to wonderful downtown, snow was borderline but we still had a great time ! I got a season pass for what a coffee would cost in Aspen (76 y/o)

We had a fantastic weekend at your home in Salida. The location could not have been better and the home is so comfortable. We cooked, enjoyed the living room and sat on the deck for cocktails. The home is warm and cozy and comfortable- we will definitely be back. Thank you

Four of us rented this place for a quick weekend getaway to Mountain Bike and enjoy the town of Salida. No surprises here. The unit is just as described. We had a great stay.

We had a lovely time in Salida, skiing powder days at Monarch, walking into town for good eats, hiking straight from the house to the top of the hill we could see from the living room and back, with a stop for hot pizza and cold beer on the way back. We did cook in the kitchen a few times and found it well-stocked and easy to use, e.g. oil, spices, pots, pans, plenty of plates, bowls, and silverware all available. Of note, it was relatively convenient to plug in our car via 120V outlet next to the driveway, which was a nice plus for us. Putting an extra 15 or 20 kWh in the car overnight meant we didn't need to spend as much time hunting a charger. We had an issue with the hot water, which the host had preemptively warned us about the week before, but we successfully got hot showers using the trick the host told us to try. I'd want to confirm with the hosts, but I think you might also be able to park a short trailer in the driveway (e.g. raft on short neck trailer), which isn't always easy to find. We would gladly stay again.

We had a great stay. We had a minor mechanical issue, and it was handled by the owners and property manager very quickly. We would love to stay again! We love Salida!

This is our second stay with friends at this home and we really enjoyed both times. The living/dining area is nice and open for us to hang out and we did some stargazing on the private back patio. We’ll be back!

Spacious, clean, well-equipped property walking distance to downtown Salida. Really appreciated the roomy garage. Entire property was nicely furnished. Cute backyard area. Would stay here again!

Some friends and I were in Salida for the weekend and this was the perfect place to stay! Plenty of space to hang out indoors and the back patio was wonderful also. It was a convenient 10-15 minute walk to the main river park area of town. The host was very easy to communicate and work with. The place was clean and quiet.

In town for a family wedding. The place was beautiful, clean and comfortable and loved the view of the mountains from the living room. Wish we had time to use the patio. Walking distance to town but if you choose to drive, parking was easy. Would certainly recommend this property.

Great location, walking distance to town and nice back patio for relaxing

We enjoyed the proximity to everything in town with an easy walk with the kids to the river, shops and restaurants. The layout of the house worked out well for us! especially the kids room with multiple kids. The backyard was really pleasant to hang out in in the mornings and evenings when things cooled down. The kitchen was especially full of everything we needed with lots of extras for anything we wanted to cook. Wendy was in close communication making sure we had everything we needed for check-in. We would definitely stay again.
