Best location in Salida! 2 River front decks, looks over Arkansas River waterpark!

Loved the location. Found locking mechanism on the door difficult to use. Instructions on how it worked would have been nice. More lighting is needed downstairs. Skylight/light is bathroom can be very bright when trying to sleep. Covering for the transom son the bedrooms would also be nice. Not everyone likes to wake up at the crack of dawn! Other than than we enjoyed the location and would consider returning.

Great stay for the family. We had issues with the TV - but we don't watch much anyway.

Perfect location with a huge beautiful balcony. Inside was immaculate. Only complaint is that the shower water pressure was not very good. Everything else was wonderful.

Great location at the play hole in downtown salida. on the pricey side for the average amenities, and the icemaker didn't work. not much for extras but it is the perfect spot.

It is the best location ! The deck overlooking the river was where we sat when we were not at the festival in the park . If I ever go back this is where I would stay again .

Lovely property! We were in town for a wedding at the Steamplant next door. It was the perfect location and has beautiful views of the river, a literal stone's throw away. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. Would absolutely stay again!

This property was just as advertised. A modern spacious condo that was clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable and the views from the bedrooms were very nice with lots of great windows. We enjoyed the location, within easy walking of downtown and the Monarch walking trail. We really enjoyed the game room with table tennis and fooseball. Highly recommend!

Location was perfect- close to all the fun things and places to eat. Great views of the river and fun to watch from the balcony.

Wife and I with my brother flew in for my niece's wedding. Stayed Wed to Sunday. Check in late at night was a breeze no issues at all. Rental was clean and bright and nicely equipped. More importantly, Location is everything and this rental was perfect. Corner apartment 2nd floor overlooking the Arkansas river and the bubbling rushing water right there to watch and listen to. Walk downstairs and 50 feet to walkway next to the river or across the street to two excellent breakfast/brunch spots. Shopping and Eateries and the park all within 5-6 block radius. Hello?! Both my wife and brother commented several times while there that this was easily the best rental we could have had and so glad to have it. Quiet at night so after a day of shopping or family affairs or hiking or biking we got a good nights sleep in the comfortable beds. We found Salida folk very friendly and helpful as well while walking about and you will too if you come here. One thing we found was the exterior ice dispenser on the fridge had a slow drip that was eventually getting to the floor so we put it in lock mode and while walking by the Pinion rental office |I popped in and advised them and they were going to let Maintenance know to resolve (including here so they remember ! ) Great stay and I cannot overstate how happy we were with the place.

We were in Salida for a week, celebrating our son's wedding. My sister and her husband shared the condo with us. It's a beautiful, functional layout. It was so nice to have a well appointed kitchen. We sat on the deck enjoying the river, rafters and kayakers. We had plenty of space for my other siblings to drop by for coffee and a chat. It was the first time we've been together since the pandemic. A wonderful homebase for a memory making time. Thank you Pinon
