Frontside Hacienda downtown Salida. STR #012962

A great location near the river. Walking distance to town. Had all the amenities needed for a large group. Can’t beat the location. Just needs a few upgrades: pillows flat, mattress a bit too firm, jacuzzi only had 1 jet working. The house has no heat vent in the kitchen/ den area.A space heater and electric blanket was available.

Great place right in the heart of Salida! Clean and well managed and within walking distance to all Of the shops and restaurants. We will definitely return!

You can't go wrong at Frontside Hacienda! It's so comfortable, right by town and the river, and has a hot tub to warm up after playing in the river!! You will love this place.

The property was comfortable and clean and fit a large group for a wedding weekend! The location was amazing - right next to the river, walking path, and the downtown! The hot tub was great as well! Kristan was responsive and thorough as a host! Would definitely stay again!

Great place in a great location. Host Kristan was very responsive. Love the heated floors and the private patio. Would stay here anytime we are back in the area.

Location was better than we thought. Kristan was a perfect host and we are already planning a second visit back to her property.

Great location very close to everything. Very walkable to lots of nice restaurants and pubs. The vic was a short walk and very fun. Felt very safe. The courtyard was very nice. grass back yard and with a lovely hot tub that was definitely a highlight of the place. The kitchen was lovely although we did not cook as we were there for just two nights. The livingroom nook was cute and cozy with a nice big TV. Never heard any noises from the duplex neighbours so that was nice. Lovely and convenient stay for skiing monarch.

The property is conveniently located in Salida. Owner super responsive. Lots of bedroom space. Very clean!

This was a great stay at an excellent property. Well-equipped and clean. River is right out the back door. Handy to everything in town. Management was super to work with. Recommend this to anyone.

Place was clean, functional and fantastic location.....loved it!

We actually had to rent 2 homes but this was the favorite. Our stay brought so many together for a memorial and a wedding. Travelers from MN, NM, WY and CO. The home was great, the access to park, downtown and eating facilities was awesome as our group was 9 years old to 73 years old - hot tube to bikes. Convenient for shopping.. Totally consider this one again.

Place was clean and comfortable. The Location was perfect for exploring Salida.

It is on the beautiful tow on Salida right on the river. We watched the sun coming up over the mountain sitting on the deck listening to the river. The place was spacious with all the equipment in the kitchen we needed. Wonderful island were we spent a lot of family time eating and enjoying life.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Frontside Hacienda. We were initially concerned about the lack of air conditioning, but there were plenty of fans to keep us cool at night. The hosts have taken great care to make sure you have everything you need - from linens to paper goods - which is an added bonus.
