The Space:

The main residence offers an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, creating a spacious and airy atmosphere. The primary suite is a luxurious retreat, featuring a grand designer's walk-in closet and a marble-appointed bathroom. Each guest bedroom boasts its own ensuite bath and private exterior access, ensuring privacy and comfort. The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with Viking and Sub-Zero appliances, an oversized island, and seamless access to the expansive covered deck and outdoor kitchen. Outside, the property is designed for entertaining, with a sparkling in-ground pool and spa, a cabana with a fireplace, bar, outdoor shower, and full bathroom. The property also includes a detached 1,000 sqft gym/office/media suite. The guest house offers a full kitchen with Bertazzoni appliances, 1.5 baths, and a private bedroom.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire main residence, including the gourmet kitchen with Viking and Sub-Zero appliances, the expansive primary suite, and each guest bedroom with its ensuite bath. Enjoy the outdoor amenities, such as the sparkling in-ground pool and spa, the cabana with a fireplace, bar, outdoor shower, and full bathroom, and the outdoor kitchen. The detached gym/office/media suite and the beautifully designed guest house, complete with a full kitchen and 1.5 baths, are also available for your use. This property offers a truly private and luxurious experience.

You'll find yourself just a short drive from the charming downtown Santa Rosa, where you can explore a variety of dining options, from casual eateries to upscale restaurants. For shopping, the Santa Rosa Plaza is a convenient destination, offering a wide array of retail stores. Wine enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to renowned wineries, many of which are within a 15-20 minute drive. For those seeking outdoor adventures, the nearby Annadel State Park provides hiking and biking trails. The neighborhood itself is known for its peaceful ambiance and beautiful scenery, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and accessibility to the best of Sonoma County.



Getting Around:

Getting around Wine Country is a breeze from our hilltop estate. For those flying in, Charles M. Schulz Sonoma County Airport (STS) is conveniently located about a 20-minute drive away. San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is approximately a 1.5-hour drive. We offer ample free parking on the premises, including a garage, for your convenience. While public transportation options are limited in this area, we are happy to arrange private transportation through LegacyRnR, including our 11-passenger Wine Tour Van and 6-passenger Cadillac Escalade, perfect for exploring the wineries and surrounding areas. Consider using ride-sharing services for local trips. The closest bus stops are located in Santa Rosa, a short drive from the property.

Welcome to our hilltop estate! Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. Please note that quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM. We kindly ask that you respect our neighbors during these hours. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. We are a pet-free property. Parking is free and available in the garage. For any questions or needs during your stay, please contact us through the platform messaging system.
