Description

Nestled w/in a small enclave of custom homes, our Guesthouse is located on our private home property, a very private country setting of 3.25 acres w/ many trees & bamboo, behind 2 security gates & only 3 minutes from 118 freeway & all major conveniences.

It is located adjacent & semi-attached to our Main House with it's own private entrance.

Our Guesthouse offers 1 Bedroom (no door) + 1 large Loft + 1 Bathroom with large tiled shower, Living Room with High Vaulted Ceilings, TV, Full Kitchen, Dining Area, & Bumper Pool Table, & boasts a very Large Pool from May-October with pavilion and pingpong and BOX HOCKEY games.

The main bedroom is downstairs on the ground floor level with a newer king bed.

The other sleeping area is in the Loft with a queen mattress & 2 queen/Double air mattresses.

There is Central Heat/AC

The pool is a very large pool approximately 60' long, 40' wide at the 3' shallow end and 20' wide at the 10' deep end. There is also, a 21' diameter 18 deep kiddie pool.

(*Pools are not heated and usually drained for the winter from October thru May, depending on the weather.)

There are lounge chairs for relaxing in the sun, a pavilion with ping pong table and BOX HOCKEY game.
