Beautiful 5 bedroom 5 bathroom home with pool and spa!

The house was very comfortable and the backyard was very relaxing with the seating, pool and hot tub! Would definitely recommend!!!

We stayed here with a family of 13. Angie made sure there were appropriate sleeping arrangements for everyone. The pool was warm and there were lots of outdoor activities to do if we wanted to. The outdoor seating area received a lot of use. The fire table and patio heaters were a nice touch. If we we come back to the area we will definitely stay here again

We enjoyed our stay; the house was clean, well-kept and beautiful. The family loved the pool, and BBQ area. We would love to come back another year for family time.

Very clean, extremely well stocked with towels and accessories, great neighborhood, heated pool and hot tub. Quiet home. Perfect for what we needed. Thank you to the owners. This is a lovely home that can accomodate a lot of people.

We had an amazing experience here...not only was it a beautiful property, the location was fantastic. We were able to take walks up the hills on the trails located up the street, and then hang out by the pool. There is SO much space and the layout of the downstairs was perfect for entertaining. We really enjoyed ourselves and would highly recommend this property to anyone who is staying in Simi Valley. 5-stars!

We loved the house, and the way it’s laid out. Really worked well for us to have so many bathrooms and the outdoor pool and seating area was amazing. Definitely a fan favorite. Was really well set up for kids with play areas and toys available. Would rent this house again no question.

The house and grounds are beautiful! The house is very well stocked, especially the kitchen. We had 6 adults and 7 kids (ages 7-16) staying in the house, and there was plenty of room for everyone. Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub, as well as all the games the house is stocked with. Lots of great areas to hike and walk nearby! Angie was extremely responsive to any questions we had and anything we needed. Highly recommend!

What a Wonderful Home. Extremely spacious, well architected, every aspect is thought out and well crafted. The home is well decorated and apportioned. Kitchen made preparing large meals easy. Large high end frig. Double oven, island, space, utensils ,etc, all high quality and pretty new. Cabana, outdoor kitchen is to die for. This was a pleasant surprise. Space heaters provided plenty of heat for our December outdoor dinner. Hot tub after. Sooo, nice.

The home was stunning. Great decor. Beautiful backyard with lots of room. Kitchen extremely well stocked for preparing large family meals. Bedrooms so comfortable with attached bathrooms. The host was quick to reply to our questions as we prepared to travel to the home. We would be happy to return for another family reunion in the future.
