Simi Valley - Memorabilia Guest Retreat

We enjoyed a wonderful long holiday weekend. The pool and huge waterslide were the big winners for our family. The guest home is gorgeous, the beds very comfortable and the grounds of the estate are immaculate. As other reviews state, you feel like you're at a resort. We were greeted by the homeowner and felt so welcomed. Loads of amenities, including laundry, pro grill set up and outdoor dining porch.

What a place!! Felt like a resort! The hosts were incredible! Went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. We will be back!

Excellent stay. Very high end accommodations. The beds were amazingly comfortable. We were in town for a wedding and although we stayed for 3 nights, we didnt have much time to enjoy the outdoor living space. The memorabilia was so interesting (like visiting a museum). The kitchen was very well stocked with spices, condiments and utensils.

Guest home was perfect for a golf buddy and me.

Daves home is beautiful warm and welcoming. The entire visit was set up in accordance to what you would expect from a resort. The kitchen is stocked with all you need to make meals the yard has an amazing BBq and lounge area. We were not disappointed I have been back 3 times now. Thank you Dave for an amazing stay at your home.

Although our stay was brief the accommodations were excellent! The place was everything that was advertised, and by far exceeded our expectations. The host was very welcoming and responsive to any questions or needs. When we have occasion to return to Simi Valley we will definitely be booking here again.

We came to the area to celebrate our son's 14th birthday and it was the perfect place. We left once for groceries and that was it for our entire stay as we wanted to spend as much time as we could there. Dave was an excellent host! Core family memories were made.

I don't know how to summarize this other than to thank Dave and Laurie for letting us stay in their fabulous guest house. The photos don't do the property justice - the outside area, especially the pool is breathtaking and the guest house itself is excellent, each room finished to an incredibly high standard. We spent just under two weeks here and could of easily stayed longer. The property is in a great location to venture into LA or the surrounding areas like Santa Monica or Santa Clarita. Hopefully we'll be back again in future!

Perfection! Cool memorabilia. A warm welcome. And amazing hot tub. Fantastic home base to dip into LA, Malibu or head up to S Barbara for a day. The attention to detail really delivered. Highly recommend!

Dave and Laurie are awesome host. They have a beautiful home with all the amenities needed and more. My kids loved the pool and water slide. My parents loved the peace and quite and all the sports memorabilia. I would recommend this beautiful home to anyone who want to get away and relax. Will be returning.

Our family had an amazing time at the Memorabilia Guest Retreat! Dave and Laurie were fabulous hosts and couldn’t have made our stay any more comfortable. We enjoyed playing pool and chess, swimming in the pool and making s’mores at the fire pit. If we are ever in Simi Valley again, we would definitely choose to stay here and will recommend to any of our family and friends who are traveling there.
