Unique Family Rental on Lake Champlain, NY! Life is Good

The house and property are absolutely beautiful. Having access to the lake with the ATVs is perfect. The host is very helpful. They had everything you would need. This was our fifth time staying in the winter season at the property and we would definitely go back again. Either summer or winter. Having a fireplace in the winter time is so cozy. The sunsets are one of the best we’ve ever seen.The whole family loved it, including the grandchildren.

The fireplace and the lake view made this a beautiful spot to get away.

Wow! This home and the property are amazing! The amenities are top notch. We stayed a week at this home. Beautiful inside and out. Clean and comfortable. Homeowners Tom and Karen were terrific to deal with. They were friendly and were quick to respond with questions. The backyard was awesome. Kayaks are there and it was so awesome to walk out the back door and get a kayak and go on the water. The dock was nice and we enjoyed watching the sunsets (they were phenomenal). The grill area was terrific as well. Covered which is always a bonus. The kitchen has everything you may need to cook at the house. The dining table was huge. We didn't get to use the fire pit as it was too windy most evenings. There is a fireplace inside and we didn't get to use that either as it was too warm while we were there however I can see where it would be terrific for a cold fall or winter evening. This home was convenient to where we wanted to go and see however it was nice to just stay there given everything there was to do. We would definitely love to come back at some point.

Our family of ten were extremely comfortable in this spacious well-kept home.We especially appreciated the abundance and variety of boats, allowing us to spend wonderful family time on the lake together.

Beautiful property in a great location with a waterfront view. House can sleep multiple people comfortably. Teens enjoyed the top floor as their own hang out space. Everything you could possibly need is included for family gatherings and dinners. The weather was not the best so we did not get to enjoy the kayaks but everything that was listed was there and available. Great communication sent by the property owner. .

Home was beautiful, views from the home of lake were great. So happy we picks this place to stay for the wedding we attended.

Great location, had the kids and grandkids. Very spacious house. Plenty of room for everybody. The fire place was so nice after a day on the lake ice fishing. Great access to the water for fishing. Had our ATVs on the lake .

3 night stay. Very comfortable and clean. Perfect for our needs. We will sure book again

The house and lake view exceeded our expectations. The home was very clean and stocked with firewood so we could enjoy the fireplace and the fire-pit outside. My family and I will be back.

This rental is a true gem. The house and the property are just beautiful and the lake views out of the front of the house are fantastic. I’ve never seen such colorful sunsets in my life. There is ample room, lots of it, the kitchen is gorgeous and so is the wood burning fireplace in the huge living room/ dining room/,kitchen combination. Lots of comfortable sleeping space and bathrooms on the second and third floor. The views of the lake are to die for. Huge tree dot the waterfront. The 5 mile ride to the market/drugstore/liquor store/post office and gas stations take you through the woods, past lake views, and through farmer’s corn fields. It’s quite remarkable. You’ll love it here. Nothing but the sound of the wind, the water and birds. Just beautiful. I can’t wait to experience it all over again.

What a wonderful house on the lake! Our family of 5 adults, plus my 84/85 year old parents for a few days, and our dog Kali had a spectacular time. The house was super clean and comfy and had everything we needed. We loved all the different spaces where we could hang out and utilized all of them! The property is very private even though the neighbors are close. Not a lot of boat activity and the bird’s sightings and sunsets are magnificent! We hope to come back next year we had such a wonderful visit! ? ?

Beautiful property with a nice combination of relaxing at “home” away from it all and close to some amazing day trips to Lake Placid, Burlington and even Montreal. The house is great, well equipped, and Tom was great. Thanks again!

This is our 4th year coming to the property. It continues to be one of favorite ways to get away and start the summer. The house offers everything you could want and has direct access to the lake providing spectacular sunrises and sunsets. The beds are the only thing I would criticize. They need to be replaced, but that is minor compared to what else the house offers.
