Private Lakefront 4-bedroom vacation with two home's on Lake Champlain

Great location for a family gathering and kayaking trip! More than enough room for 9 people - could have had several more! The first short term rental that I have ever been to where I would consider going back!

Family getaway with children and grandchildren. Had a wonderful time. Property was as described. Hot tubs were amazing. All the water toys were very enjoyable for the kids and grandchildren.

The water toys and fire pit were a huge highlight and the owners communication was incredible!!

We had two families so the two houses were perfect for separate sleeping areas. The view of the lake is beautiful and my son woke me for a sunrise one day. Michael provided many details about check-in and was very responsive when we had questions. It was great to have so many things to do- we loved using the kayaks and paddle boards.

We had a fantastic time! The place was perfect for our needs--including my need for accessibility (I use a wheelchair) and in a beautiful spot. And the owner did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable--including supplying wonderful toys to use on the lake!The only things you couldn't tell from the write-up--there are car noises from the road nearby and it really doesn't sleep 10--adults at least. it was a perfect size for 4 adults. 4 adults and a few kids would work fine.

Host was very responsive and helpful with requests. The property was exactly as described. Very clean with all the basics. The Hot tubs were greatly enjoyable by the party at the end of the day. We would definitely stay again.

Absolutely Incredible Stay – A Perfect Lakeside Getaway!We had the most amazing time at this beautifully curated lakeside property! The two homes were thoughtfully decorated with a unique and eclectic mix of French art and rustic, outdoor-inspired elements that gave the space so much character and charm. Every room had a full lake view, which made waking up and winding down each day an absolute joy.The accommodations were outstanding – spacious, clean, and very well equipped. Between the two homes, we had access to three pristine bathrooms, which made things so comfortable for our group. The sleeping arrangements were ample and cozy, and the appliances were all in excellent condition. The kitchens were stocked with everything we needed, including plenty of dishware and utensils.The outdoor amenities truly set this place apart. We made great use of the two hot tubs and swam in the lake daily. The kayaks and stand-up paddleboards were a huge hit, and the lawn games provided hours of fun. Fishing was phenomenal – we landed two northern pike (33” and 21”), caught 18 smallmouth bass, and more yellow perch than we could count! I filleted the catch and cooked it up outside on the grill to keep the homes smelling fresh and lovely.Evenings were magical – we gathered around the campfire, toasted marshmallows, and continued fishing for catfish under the stars. It was the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation.Our host was fantastic – always available to answer questions

This property was just what we had hoped for. The listing and photos describe the place accurately. What it didn't describe well enough was how fantastic the views of the lake were from the primary bedroom at sunrise. Michael was a wonderful host and we couldn't have had a better small family gathering at his place. He was kind, considerate and generous and a really interesting person. We would be happy to go back to the Lake House !

The property was lovely and the amenities were excellent, especially those in the kitchen. We loved staying in the house and Michael was very friendly and communicative. Check in was a breeze. We would stay again!

The property itself is very nice and the location to the water is great. However, for the price we paid I do not think it was worth the cost. The cleanliness of the house was questionable. The cottage does not have 2 bedrooms, the kitchen has a bed in it. You won’t see that in the photos. I also had told Michael we were bringing a boat and we didn’t find out until we got there that we could not dock the boat on the property so we had to pay hundreds of dollars extra for a slip at the marina for the week. Lots of lawn games were broken. We had a great week despite some issues but again I would not have paid what we did had I known all of this.

Had a nice family stay 4 days. Location was perfect and very quiet. They had everything you could think of and more for the 4 days. We finally found our vacation spot and look forward to going again next year. Thank you!

Wonderful location and great for large groups/families. So many yard games and water toys made it easy to have fun. Easy access to grocery stores and other amenities.

Everything about the property was amazing. The house and cottage were clean, well appointed and very comfortable. The outdoor space was private and huge. Magnificent views. Pretty much any kitchen appliance you could use on vacation is available as well as any water toy. If you’re looking to hit the lake and just relax by water you couldn’t do any better. Micheal is incredibly responsive and came over to take care of a minor issue within a couple of minutes. 5 stars for sure.

Michael's property was just as described. A bit unique but the teens LOVED having a little house all to themselves. The area was perfect, being right on the water like that, we barely ever left the property. Other then food there was no reason to leave. Anything you could ever want was right there. All the big and little things that the host supplied was beyond any other house we have ever rented. Michael even went out and bought a driveway pickleball set for us to use while there. Communication with him was a breeze, before our week there and during. No question was to small lol We really enjoyed our week at this property and would love to come back sometime in the future.
