Treescapes is a brand new two-bedroom house nestled in native bush looking out to the Tasman Sea. Situated just one kilometre south of the Punakaiki River it’s ideal for Paparoa Track bikers and trampers, road trippers, families, or small groups.
The house has an open plan fully equipped kitchen and living area with a large covered deck, perfect for outdoor dining. Both bedrooms have queen beds, and one also has a wooden bunk set. All linen and towels provided.

Stayed Aug 29, 2025The house is clean, warm and enjoys a great sea facing view with nikau palm framed sunsets. While the house sleeps six people (4 in one small room) the facilities such as the toilet located in the bathroom and comfortable seating for 4/5 people in the living room, in my opinion, this makes the house more suited for 4 people. We enjoyed use of the hot tub and the sunset seat. Road noise could be an issue in busier/warmer weather as the house is located just above a 100km/hr stretch of road.
