Perfectly situated between the Punakaiki Lagoon and the Pancake Rocks to enjoy the walks in the Paparoa National Park, the many activities in Punakaiki and surrounds, this two cottage offers a warm lounge area, and two separate bedrooms, all facing west with expansive sea views. The lounge has a sofa, with two leather arm chairs, dining table, and outside deck furniture with a gas BBQ. A great place to stay a few days and enjoy the surrounding area.

Stayed Aug 5, 2021Fantastic place. Wonderful view, very peaceful while also fully immersed in the wild & woolly West Coast (note: Aucklander talking). The cottage was great, it had everything we needed and more space than we expected. Highlights for two bird lovers were the curious weka, but especially the kiwi that starting calling somewhere up the back at dusk. Thank you so much Karen for providing such a beautiful escape.

Stayed Oct 21, 2023Lovely location, clean, tidy and great little space for a family stay. One thing we didn’t realise which was probably our fault is that there is no oven! This is totally fine as the bbq was great for cooking everything just be cautious of this when you are planning what food to bring! Thank you for a lovely stay

Stayed Sep 8, 2022This is an excellent property with amazing views of the beach and surroundings. Sunset is truly breathtaking. The property itself is in pristine condition with a nice attention to detail on decor and utensils required for long or short term stays. One of the best properties we’ve stayed in.

Stayed Apr 1, 2021Lovely well set up cottage with stunning views. A short walk up to the Pancake Rocks, biking trails just down the hill and short drive to Truman Track and Cave Creek walk. Such a gorgeous part of the country, would definitely recommend.
