Pool area with speakers is a great place to spend time. House is very comfortable place to spend time.

This was our family's first stay on Shelter Island, and we loved this house. I was drawn to it on the listing due to the beautiful pool, which our three children loved. Steve was an excellent host, and made check in easy, and he was easily reachable and responsive throughout our stay. We loved that it was quiet and peaceful, and allowed us to have family time together in a beautiful setting.

We stayed at this property and loved every bit of it. Communication was prompt and thorough, the house was extremely clean and well stocked, and the entire property was just perfect for our vacation.

We had the most wonderful week in this well appointed and relaxing home. The amenities were perfect from stocked pantry and kitchen with essentials to a sun drenched patio surrounding a gorgeous pool. There was ample space for all my grown children. We enjoyed many meals at home and also out at our favorite local spots. Everything that we needed was provided and home owner and manager responded quickly with answers for our few questions. Highly recommend this delightful home in a centrally located area of island.

This vacation home is just wonderful. Steve welcomed us and showed us around giving us tips and info that were invaluable. We have stayed at homes on Shelter Island for years but Steve’s is by far the best. Well and generously stocked. The kitchen could not be better equipped and organized for cooking any meal. Enjoy eating inside or out. The home has great flow and with the wonderful artwork is so inviting and restful. The bedrooms and bathrooms were relaxing and comfortable. No need to mention the fabulous pool and setting. The photos tell the story. It’s a hop, skip and a jump to the best beach as well as to the IGA and good restaurants You won’t want to leave. We are repeat vacationers to this wonderful, spacious, clean, well loved home. Eight family members (and our 7yo Portuguese Water Dog) stayed comfortably enjoying the pool, grill, and well appointed kitchen -Steve is a very communicative and generous owner and is able to answer any question about the house or island readily - We hope to be back again for summer vacation! Steve’s property was beautiful, super clean, and the pool was perfect. The house is very close to all the top Shelter Island spots. Steve was very responsive to us during our stay. 4 adults, 1 teenager and 2 9 yr year olds had plenty of space. I would absolutely stay here again.
