The View House with Hot Tub

This was one of the best properties we've stayed at in all our years of renting vacation places. The house was well equipped, comfy bed and was pleasingly quiet..and not to forget, the hot tub was so relaxing after a long day of drinking wine!! ...our host and the property manager were wonderful and very responsive! When we arrived, the property manager had 12 delicious peaches waiting for us!! The house has all you need for a great stay and you won't be disappointed...we will certainly rent this lovely house again when we come to Palisade!!

Loved the private location and seclusion for us. Really enjoyed the peach orchard in back of property. Able to sit on front porch swing and relax.

Having all the vineyards so class made outside experience lovely - more so after the heat of the sun - we even saw a buck walk past. Very quiet and relaxing.

Very clean. Comfortable bed. Late model washer and dryer that were clean and easy to use. Hot tub was great after a long drive! Excellent communication from the owners. Will stay here again if/when we return to the area! Thank you!

Great property in a great location for wine tasting and relaxing. Very quiet and great to view stars at night. Appreciated the A/C already being on when we arrived, and allowed for an early check in. Garage parking a plus, and the hot tub is nice. Recommended!

An excellent home away from home. Secluded home in between peach orchards. Very clean and tidy, with everything needed was included or readily available. Chuck and Heather were super hosts with great communication. Very close to many wineries, farm stands and great dining. Our new go-to place when visiting Palisade. Thanks

Great property and location

We were a couple in our 50's, from East Coast visiting relatives. This house was perfect for us. The location is very nice and very safe. The supplies and utensils were better than we expected. We had one very minor problem and it was resolved immediately. Would highly recommend.

We had an absolute wonderful stay at The View House. It feels a little secluded and the perfect quiet spot in the middle of orchards and wineries, yet just a few minutes from town. The home was sparkling, clean, inviting, and there was no stone unturned in terms of what you might need for a comfortable stay. Speaking of, Chuck and Heather were super terrific to communicate with and shared some really great recommendations for wineries in the area. And a few other things. All in all, all we can say is we certainly want to come back to this wonderful vacation home.

This was our first trip to Colorado visiting family. It’s a small town with the most beautiful scenery, which this house allows you to have the best views of it all. The home is tucked away amongst the vineyards and is so peaceful. The owners are very friendly and happy to give you tips on places to go. We will definitely be back.

Very nice place. It had everything we needed. The view was beautiful & we loved sitting outside to enjoy it. Everything was clean, it was in a nice area, & we felt very safe. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice place close to bike trail and river. Having a garage to store our ebikes in was a bonus. The walk-in shower is very nice also.

This place was very nice and a great spot for my husband and I. Everything was easy to access and was very comfortable. This place is about 15 minutes from downtown. It is really close to a lot of the wineries. The only negative I have is that we didn’t have the WiFi password. It was listed that we would have access to it. We had gotten a message from the owners that the WiFi router had changed and they would message us the new password. We messaged back that that was fine with us, but would love the password when they could send it. We didn’t get the message that first night. I messaged them the next day again. We never got a message back or responded. Luckily for us WiFi was a want instead of a need for work or something like that. Other than the WiFi and not being communicated with during our stay, the place was great.
